Everything went well. There was a slight issue with the hot water balance but that was a very slight inconvenience. Host was responsive but could not address the issue until after the weekend. The unit was very good value. We were overall happy with the amenities and location. Good beds and clean.

Cute little house with tiny backyard patio. Just perfect for family to be together. Individual room heaters were great to have.Window blinds and living room furniture need to be re- placed.The note about the attic noises was helpful! We had fun making up what was going on up there!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly perfect for everything we needed! We came up to Sedona for maternity photos and the home was the perfect backdrop for some of the photos. We did accidentally leave a camera battery in the home but Mike was more than accommodating and helped us get it back! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

One of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in. Phenomenal location, the friendliest most responsive hosts ever, and the best stocked rental we’ve ever been in. Honestly guys, you understand what a traveler needs being travelers yourselves. We appreciated your thoroughness, your responsiveness to our questions, and your clear and very well displayed instructions. Also, I’d like to thank you on behalf of all coffee drinkers, because that coffee bar was the stuff of magic! Even our pet had fun and made friends with the neighbors pet. Thank you so much :)

A wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It had everything that we would need. It was comfortable and well equipped. I particularly appreciated the coffee for the Keurig. I would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay in Sedona

It was a great first experience for our family. This home is a lovely rental. It is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. It is clean and spacious. This place is within walking distance of some great trails. We only had to drive 10 minutes to the shops and restaurants. The location of this place is just right! You could walk or drive and everything was so close by! This rental property is a great option for your visit to Sedona.

West Sedona Getaway Hub

Very nice home to use as your base for exploring Sedona, West Sedona, and Jerome. The home was very well staged and is in a very quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to a couple good trailheads. It's a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go including hiking trails, shopping, the Verde Canyon Railroad and sightseeing in Jerome. We had a wonderful time.

This property is in a great location, close to many trailheads, restaurants and shops. The home is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Communication with Mike was excellent both before our stay and during our stay, as needed. Highly recommend.

In the heart of everything!

Spacious house minutes from downtown. There’s a cute trail just up the road and most of the popular hikes are within a 10 min drive. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has 3 big bedrooms; we had three couples and were comfy. Great place for your Sedona visit! Highly recommend!

Hidden Gem

Our first trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon was so enjoyable because we had this wonderful home to come back to at the end of the day. The place was immaculate, well-stocked, and roomy. The best part was being so close to the trailhead for Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain. We had plenty of room for four adults but there was room for more since it we left one bedroom unused. Thank you, Mike and Ivy! We’ll be back!

This was our first time in Sedona, and when we come back, we’d love to stay here again. It was even better than the photos. Nicely decorated and cozy. Detergent was provided for laundry. Wonderful location as well!!

Great home in quiet neighborhood! Very clean and well appointed. Located near some great hiking trails. Hosts were very responsive. My family really enjoyed the home, when we weren’t exploring Sedona. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again!

Great Get away!

Very quiet, close (no need to drive) to enjoyable hikes on the west side of town. We also enjoyed a walking visit to the Stupah Peace Park. There was local literature to help us decide on our activities. Comfortable beds! Nice sized kitchen. Very clean! Comfy couches.

Lovely time in Sedona

My family and I enjoyed our time here. We loved the location because we could walk to trailheads and were very central for bike rentals and restaurants. The place itself was really nice and Mike and Ivy were lovely hosts very kind and communicative.
