Was charged an extra fee of several hundred dollars by VRBO only to find out this property is managed by Sedona.org and is cheaper on their site. Sedona.org also has exorbitant early check in or check out fees of 100 an hour, regardless if the property is rented the previous night. I feel gouged and overcharged for a plain and average house that is clearly just used as a short term rental property. There are other, nicer homes in the area that are not this overpriced. I recommend you avoid this one and search them out. Also, the pool is unusable and the house has ants.

Just book it! I know I will be back! The location to hiking, restaurants and shopping is minutes! and the view is stunning from every window. Having 3 primary bedrooms with comfort in mind was key to our enjoyable stay.

This property was amazing! Luxe in every way! Perfect for my family of 4 with 2 15 year olds. Can’t think of anything to improve. High end toiletries were provided too. Breathtaking views at every window. Beds were extremely comfortable! Amazing location!!!!

I would have liked more privacy. Indoors and at the pool. The house was equipped with everything you need. It is a lovely house and in a good location to the mountains and town. The pool is a great addition to the rental. Very clean and salt water rather than chlorine which is beneficial. We are mountain ebike riders and found it difficult to find trails that allowed them. We should have researched this further.

We arrived Thursday and had large piles of white flaky material in the pool. We only had four days in the house so I had made it clear we were expecting the pool etc to all be set to go.We called to ask someone to checkOut the material and remedy and let us know if the kids could swim. Instead of calling us back after several hours, my husband just called the pool company (all on record) who said they’d come out and look. 5 hours later as we were on our way to leave for dinner they arrived. Two of the four days no pool use. The best was I pointed out the crappy communication and was told I’d be called by someone in customer service but she was busy and would call when they got to me- they asked me to have patience. We checked out 8/18 and stillNo phone call! Awful communication. Never again.

Beautiful

Great location and new build with open windows and light and airy feel. The pool was enjoyed by the kids. Large beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Would recommend having the housekeeper come at 10 (checkout time) vs waiting in the driveway since 8am though, that felt aggressive to us.

Stunning House made for a fabulous girls trip

Sedona Weekend Getaway

We spent four days at this property while in Sedona and it was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. We unfortunately didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy the pool due to the cold temperatures, but everything else was perfect.
