Twelve of us stayed at this property & while the location and responsiveness of the property mgmt were excellent, we experienced far too many issues for a home at this price point. Great location, 5 minutes from Whole Foods, made it convenient to shop and cook at home. However, upon arrival, the kitchen counters were dirty, and the electric tea kettle was disgusting and unusable & had to be replaced. Didn't have clean sponge to wash dishes. These items should have been addressed before check-in. Throughout our stay, we had to call/text mgmt each time we needed basic amenities turned on, including the walkway lights, outdoor fireplace, indoor fireplace, jacuzzi, and jacuzzi lights (which never worked). I’ve never stayed in a property where guests cannot operate these features without assistance.We also had no hot water in the main house. After a long day outdoors, only one person got a warm shower before the water turned cold. On the 3rd day, a plumber came by & confirmed the main water heater was broken. The grill & fireplace also required repairs during our stay.If you plan to cook, bring extra supplies—the kitchen had basic items but very minimal pots, pans, and paper towels. The dining chairs were also wobbly & worn.Overall, while the management team was responsive, the home needs significant maintenance and better preparation between guests. Several amenities never worked, and the constant troubleshooting made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
