Location is epic

Reviewing this property as a VRBO owner myself (in MT). The house is absolutely gorgeous inside and out it is in the most prime location, near everything, quiet outside, no near neighbors. Views out 3 sides of the house is just crazy! The ability to use the propane fireplace was a super nice touch especially because we visited for 4 days and of three of the four days we saw snow showers! The house is "updated" in most aspects. Now I must mention. The rental management company. Wow. Talk about 10 unnecessary extra steps. After booking, you are greeted with about five emails and they want a photo of you a photo of your ID, I want a photo of you with your ID with your credit card that you used It's just all absolutely ridiculous. These measures are not necessary and most are covered through VRBO. Casago, If they are mentioned in future stays I will stay at different location. It was that silly. Aggressive signage for fees also, not necessary. Overall we had a great time nothing wrong with the house nothing wrong with the property it was all great except for the management company which I could have totally done without.

Quiet neighborhood. Great location out of town

Nicely located south of town. Easy to get to trails for hiking. House was adequate. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Hot tub is nice, especially as it had just be expand cleaned.

Quiet, comfortable and beautiful

This is a perfect location - just outside of busy Sedona, but close enough to reach everything you want to see. The neighborhood is quiet and a good place for evening strolls. Inside and outside were comfortably suited for hanging out. Some nights we cooked and ate inside; other nights we grilled and ate on the deck. Plenty of dishes, silverware and other cooking supplies, so we did not need to go out to eat. The bonus was being able to relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place

The house was immaculate, the kitchen was well stocked with nice cookware, and the master bed was wonderful to sleep in. I was also very happy with the location, the little church I had hoped to find on this trip was visible from the house.

This property was perfect for a biking trip with a couple friends. The location was perfect, pretty much in the middle from everywhere we needed to go. Extremely quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean in all aspects. I’m an OCD individual and the cleanliness of this house put me at ease right from the get go. I would definately stay here again

Family trip

Absolutely loved the location! Would not have changed one thing about the house. We walked to the chapel on the hill and the little horse walking trail. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Spent our mornings hiking and would come back to the house to sit on the back patio in the sun. Sunset hikes followed by an evening in the hot tub. Kids aged 13 and 16 had a blast. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Home for a Honeymoon!

My husband and I wanted the perfect spot for our honeymoon. We spent a lot of time researching neighborhoods for ease of trail access, and Lynx road was perfect! We could bike to nearly all of the trails we wanted to ride right outside our door and hardly used our rental car. We loved using the hot tub after hard days of riding. Everything about the house was crisp, clean, and perfect. We were very sad to leave! We hope to return in the future! Thanks for helping make our honeymoon so special.

Sedona getaway

We loved staying at Lynx Landing! It is located in a lovely quite neighborhood with the Chapel of the Holy Cross watching over us. It was centrally located to our activities in between Upper Sedona and Villages of Oak Creek. We are looking forward to staying there on our next trip to Sedona!

Lovely House

This seemed to be an older house that had been remodeled beautifully. I loved the way it was decorated and especially loved the wonderful deck and outdoor area. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great family vacation lodging

We were extremely happy with our stay at this property! There was a garage for our rental car, plenty of space to spread out for the 6 adults that the property accommodated. There was a hug bean bag that many naps were taken on, a very cozy (and easy to use) fireplace for the chilly mornings and spectacular views of red rock out the back window. We liked that this house was located in a neighborhood and it made for very quiet evenings away from the night life. The one downside is that is took around 15 minutes to get to the nearest grocery store but that's the price you pay for a bit of seclusion and less traffic. It was perfect for a long weekend away with the family!

Great location...away from the bustle of Sedona, but close to everything

Thanks for an awesome stay at your property! It was just as the pictures displayed...very nice. We loved the open floorplan, and the back deck with propane firepit - great place to relax after a day of hiking. Plus...the night skies were amazing - dark with such an abundance of stars! We loved the location - out of the hustle of Sedona proper, but a 5-7 min drive if you wanted to go there. Great place...great time! Thanks again!

We loved staying in this centrally located neighborhood. We hiked from our own front door. And the house was a perfect, relaxing place to hang out. The deck!
