The space
Welcome to your Sedona retreat! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is designed for comfort and convenience.
The home accommodates a total of 6 people.

Bedrooms: The primary bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed, while two charming guest bedrooms upstairs—accessible via spiral stairs—offer a queen and full-size bed.

Bathrooms: The home offers 3 bathrooms. 2 bathrooms offer walk-in showers and one bathroom offers a shower / tub.

Living Room: Relax in the bright living room on the large sectional with extra blankets tucked away in the ottoman for cozy evenings. You will find a flatscreen Smart TV for your use during your stay. You will need your own streaming accounts.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, an Insta Pot, pots pans, utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. A small supply of coffee is provided to get you started.

Laundry: a washer and dryer are provided for your needs. A small supply or deterrent will be provided for your use.

Outside: You will find a beautifully landscaped space, perfect for enjoying Sedona's natural beauty on the wrap-around deck with a BBQ for outdoor dining. This home offers a perfect mix of modern amenities and the serene atmosphere Sedona is known for, just waiting to make your stay unforgettable!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property starting at 4:00pm the day of check in. This area is a quiet, serene community. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. NO parties allowed.

Other things to note

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

Please do not exceed the occupancy of 6 guests at any given time. Please, no parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

If you desire an early check in, We often have same day check outs and check ins so we need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival. If early check in is available we will notify you.

Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking.

We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
