We were disappointed with the accuracy of the listing regarding views. There wasn’t a good place to sit and enjoy the best views, because the rooftop viewing area only had one chair (the other was broken), and no shade from the hot sun. The house was pleasant and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. I was a little nervous about the air conditioning, as I was notified only a few days before my trip that it wasn’t working. However, the property manager had portable air conditioners in each bedroom and one in the living area that made us quite comfortable. The property is very close to dining, grocery, etc. Overall, a pleasant place to stay. I would just be wary of the pics of the outside views. (The inside pics are very accurate.)

Beautiful views of the rocks, sky, and stars. We loved the rooftop deck for sunrise, sunset, and stargazing. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely large dining table, a cozy living room fireplace, and multiple outdoor seating areas where we spent a lot of time.The primary suite is grand, and the other bedrooms were comfortable as well—one with a king bed that we especially enjoyed. The family room with the large TV and bean bag chair near the kitchen became our main gathering spot.The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and we especially enjoyed eating on the patio—it was a real treat. Overall, a wonderful stay with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Five stars!

The house was very private, away from the busy crowds. The views were superb!! The house was perfect for a Thanksgiving get a way - very roomy and a lot of very convenient amenities. The only thing of bother was that the master bedroom was insanely cold. The other bedrooms were on the other side of the house and would get very hot, while; you were shivering in the master. During the November month, it gets quite cold at night so this was less than ideal. Regardless, loved our stay!!

Property is as listed. Well equipped and comfortable beds. Hot tub was great after a day of exploring. My only complaint is lack of comfortable lounging furniture. Both couches are uncomfortable and there is a lack of chairs. There were 4 in our group and we had a hard time getting comfortable while relaxing at night. There is a large bean bag but we’re in our 60’s so well past that era. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped with plenty of towels.

Very quiet neighborhood in sedona

The house was large and clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were close to everything but away from the busy tourist areas. Enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the deck in the evenings.

Friends Vacation

This place was fantastic for our trio of friends meeting up after a few years. The location is very scenic and views from the property were great. The hot tub as nice to relax in after going on hikes. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils we needed as well as some condiments donated by previous guests (came in handy). It’s a great property and we would recommend for friends and family get togethers.

The home is absolutely wonderful and is close to everything, but still secluded enough to watch birds and check for wildlife along the trail. Sedona is phenomenal and we will be back - and will stay here again.

Beautiful home and location

We loved this house so much. The privacy, the views from the rooftop patio and all the wonderful amenities that have offered. We will definitely be back. The only thing that we ask for in the future, to put screens on the windows and doors so that we can open them for fresh air on the cool nights.

Hiking Heaven

What a great central spot to hike some of Arizona's most beautiful trails. From this home base, we explored Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest, along with local hiking trails such as Devil's Bridge, Cathedral Rock, and Bell Rock. The we came back to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the view from there. Very peaceful! A wonderful trip! There is so much to see and do. We will certainly be back.
