This home was perfect for our girls trip. The primary suite was luxurious and comfortable. The beds in the other guest rooms are on the smaller side and the beds were just ok. But the baths, living space and kitchen were fantastic. We loved the outdoor living space and the convenient access to the trails directly behind the home. Amazing views of coffee pot rock are just steps from the back yard! We were constantly in awe and felt fortunate to stay in a gorgeous, comfortable, safe, quiet & conveniently located place. The nearby park was super close, making it easy to charge our EV and enjoy epic views while we waited. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, except lacking any food storage options- no containers with lids, baggies, foil or plastic wrap. That was surprising as everything else in this home was pretty spot on. As a pro host myself, I have high standards and this home did not disappoint. We would love to return here again!

What a fantastic place to stay! The views from the house are amazing and you can hike right out of the backyard. We had a great time and hiked everyday and the hot tub helped with not being too sore. We had the javelinas visit us one morning and they had a baby with them. So cool to see. The host was very responsive when we reached out and I would recommend staying here!
This is a hike you can do right out the back door! (7 pools)
You can do a trail ride at “Dead Horse Ranch” in Cottonwood.
Montezuma’s Castle and Well were nearby, along with some great petroglyphs.
There is a state park to explore near the petroglyphs.

Fantastic home

We had a girls family trip . Grandma, mom , 2 adult daughter. The home is beautiful!! Has all the starter amenities and spotless clean. You’re in a quiet scenic area with a killer view and trail right out the back door. Close to everything. The beds were super comfortable and the living space was perfect for socializing. 100% would stay here again if coming to Sedona!

Well Kept Property in Great Location

The property was very clean and provided all the basic amenities for our family. The location is ideal to explore Sedona and close to many restaurants and shops. The property manager was very communicative and check in was a breeze, even though I booked my trip last minute. We very much enjoyed our stay. It didn’t affect our stay and I’m not going to penalize the rating, but I didn’t like the rental contract. I had to sign/initial in 10 different places, but the part I really didn’t care for was the forfeiture of rights to credit card dispute. Basically, the clause states they have the right to charge your credit card on file whatever they want (for damages, overstay, etc) and the only way you can dispute it is to take them to court in Yavapai County. Again, it ended up being a non-issue, but I’ve strayed in many VRBOs and I’ve never been asked to give that right away before now.

Beautiful property with an amazing view

We loved everything about this property. The house layout is open and was perfect for our weekend getaway. The design is modern, beautiful and upscale, but still feels uniquely Arizonian. The décor even gave us some inspo for our own renovations and decorating ideas! The view and location are absolutely amazing and the house and yard are immaculately maintained and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked for any cooking you might want to do, and even included lots of the basics like spices, olive oil, tea etc.. The management company had great communication by email and text reminders, and made the whole process very easy. Check out requirements were also very reasonable and well communicated. Overall, I would give this property and company a 10/10 and we highly recommend staying at this location.

Perfect location!

Our family of four had an amazing spring break trip to Sedona. This property was perfect, and we were impressed by the cleanliness and plentiful sunlight. Our favorite aspect was the location, which is within walking distance to several trail heads and some awesome Pickleball courts. We could drive to great restaurants or in shopping within just a few minutes as well.

Amazing

The house was beautiful, well stocked and so clean! We had one minor issue and the management company was super responsive. I don’t leave great reviews usually because the pictures are old or misleading OR the property isn’t very clean. This was an amazing place to stay! Loved it!

Flawless! Look No Further!

They thought of everything here! As a host myself, I can be quite critical but this home is perfect. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to hiking and restaurants. Javelina came daily! Spotless! Exactly as described. Not only would I return to this particular property but I would book wth this company again at one of their other locations. Communication was excellent.

Gorgeous place to relax

Awesome property!! The owners seemed to have thought of everything. The house and the backyard were clean and so beautiful. Views from the backyard are great. Convenient location - easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Sedona. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would rent this property again.

Beautiful home in the middle of Sedona hiking

The house was beautiful, clean, and felt like home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you'd need. Trailhead right out the back door that could easily be connected to the much larger trail system nearby.
