This is absolutely one of the best appointed homes in which we have ever stayed. They have mastered a rental home experience that also feels like a hotel experience. Multiple robes in every room, personal care items provided, well-stocked kitchen, the hanging egg chairs on the master balcony, you name it. The setup of the home felt like there was meaningful attention to detail, which we appreciated. The view was also exceptional. Our family really loved the home and our experience. The only small feedback is that the heated pool could have been warmer (the pool guy said the default temp was 84 degrees and 88-90 may have been better as it was chilly in Sedona). The responsiveness of the property manager to any and all needs was indeed incredible as well. We truly cannot recommend this home enough.

We had the most amazing stay! Clara was a great host. The house lived up to all of the hype! It had the most epic views from every corner. The stars at night were incredible. The pool and hot tub was so much fun! We can't wait to hopefully come back again!

Beautiful house in a great area just outside the hustle and bustle of Sedona.Pros -Very easy to get to everything on our itinerary - great location! Two types of coffee makers and Kcups and filters were included, as well as an electric kettle and teas.Beds are SUPER comfortable! Plenty of dining space for large groupsFast communication with hostCons - Dryer didn't work, and seems like they were aware of it and not in a hurry to fix or offer a solution. As a group, we had packed to be able to wash and re-wear clothes so that was a big deal for us. Should be taken off listing as an amenity until fixed.Salt water hot tub cover is old and flaky. We had thought the tub was really dirty until they came out and attended to it and it immediately had sediment in it again. We think its coming from the cover. Would be good to replace. Overall, this was a wonderful property and we would stay again, as long as the dryer was functioning :)

Clara is very attentive and quick to respond to questions I had. The property is well appointed, having most necessary needs you would expect. The beds and bedding are comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from. There was space for four women to shower, do hair and make-up at the same time! The location is close to Tlaquepaque Village yet secluded so that you forget you are. We did not have enough time to enjoy all of the decks and seating areas during our stay! The only bad view is closing the door for the last time.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Palisades sanctuary. Clara was so responsive to the few questions we had and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend the house. We stayed there with 2 couples and 6 children and was more than enough space. Home is set in a stunning backdrop and super close to the town, less than 5 min drive.

Stayed for 3 nights for a long bday weekend. Clara our host was attentive and answered any questions I had. The home is extremely clean and set back in a quiet neighborhood tucked into the base of the mountain. You are 7 mins from everything in town. They are currently building a pool which is the only thing that could’ve made the stay more epic.

Secluded but close to everything

This home was perfect for our girls weekend. There was plenty of space and the outdoor space was perfect. It’s at the end of a street so it feels very private and has stunning views while still being about 6 min from everything in Sedona. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Birthday celebration in Sedona

We had the best time in beautiful Sedona! The house was perfect for my large group of extended family. The views are amazing from almost every window and the decks made it nice to enjoy the outdoors. The house is very well stocked with everything you need and more. We’ll definitely be back!

Turn key home with a heart and stunning views!

We had a four night stay to celebrate our daughter’s wedding in Sedona. We found the cozy, well decorated home to be very well appointed with everything we needed. It was clean and there were some amazing touches as well, such as a robe for each person-came in very handy for hot tubbing! We loved the yoga mats, and decks on both sides of the home for enjoying the red rock views and the stars at night. The management company had excellent communications and was very responsive. Also, the location is very central, even with the roundabouts! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic views of Sedona’s red rocks

A comfortable and well equipped house on the edge of a residential area with great views of the red rocks especially from the living room, master bedroom and jacuzzi. Very quiet with a good distance to the nearest houses. Great communication from the host. Definitely recommend.
