The hosts are amazing! Very responsive with any questions. The house is stunning! The views are beautiful. We loved watching the hot air balloons in the mornings were just fascinating. The house is well equipped and the hot tub after a day of sightseeing was the best. I would highly recommend staying here!

The hosts are above and beyond. Messages were answered quickly and they are just delightful. The home is spectacular - spacious with everything needed for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked to make meals and towels are provided for the hot tub. The location is close enough to West Sedona but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Highly recommended!

An exceptional home with a gracious host. The home had beautiful photography throughout, and stunning views outside. Everything was well stocked, and immaculate. The wood stove and hot tub were great. The garage was appreciated as well. The kitchen was great for meal prep. And the location was perfect to watch the stars.

Hot tub, outdoor grill, patio was great. The kitchen was fully furnished with all the pots and pans for meals and a blender for margaritas. The view is amazing and an awesome site to see the hot air balloons each morning fly over the house. We will be back

Spacious home with well stocked linens and kitchen. Was extra nice having a garage to park the car out of the hot sun. Plenty of wildlife and good views of mountains. The road in is a bit rough, but passable. It might be tough in the winter. All in all, a very nice place.

Perfect Home for our Extended Stay

We provided the home base, and each week different friends and family came to us! With almost a 40 day stay, we experienced all of Sedona plus surrounding communities of the stunning Verde Valley (Cottonwood, Jerome, Prescott). With a spacious master (and bath) we enjoyed a luxe environment and privacy while guests too were treated to luxury bedding, and access to kitchen and patio for beautiful sunsets, yoga and coffee. The online photos may actually present the home smaller than it is! Truly stunning and SO comfortable and homey! Our host Gayle was quick and courteous with all our communications.We chose West Sedona for its location....away from crowds and traffic yet 10-15 min from everything we needed...trails, grocery stores and shopping. The home is at the end of a somewhat private (Elmersville) gravel road. The only traffic is local to the neighborhood. We felt safe, comfortable, and secluded.We highly recommend the host and the property and hopefully we have the opportunity to return to this gem in Sedona.

Beautiful home and stunning views. We enjoyed hot air balloons in the morning and hot tub and stars at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Bed and pillows were comfortable. This house had everything we needed.

Secluded oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is clean and exactly as pictured. The views from the back patio are amazing! We enjoyed being tucked away with privacy and yet still being close to everything Sedona has to offer. The kitchen has everything you need! We will definitely stay here again if we have another opportunity to visit Sedona.

This was a wonderful property, great secluded backyard where we could stargaze and also wake up to a great view of hot air balloons! The home was spacious for our family and well appointed. Spring break adventures

We detoured from the grand canyon down to sedona to wrap up our spring break and this location was a perfect place for rest and repreave. The views, ease and beauty the property had to offer was exactly what we needed

Perfect location!

This house is spacious, comfortable, and striking. We appreciated the easy to get into hot tub, all the views, and the trails close to the property. Though it looked and felt country (which is not a criticism), we were close to everything. I appreciate all the owner's recommendations as well. Despite 2 days of snow during our week's stay, we enjoyed time on the trails close to the house, a trip to Jerome, twice to Cottonwood, a half day Pink Jeep tour, and some shopping in different areas of Sedona. Looking forward to visiting Sedona again and would most definitely return to this house.

Comfortable, enjoyable & relaxing

We are two brothers and their wives (in our 70’s) who have traveled many places together over the years. We have rented many vacation rentals, and this one is right up there in terms of thoughtfully furnished and supplied. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, wood stove, hot tub (actually hot!). Everything clean and comfortable. Communication from the owner was prompt and thorough. We definitely enjoyed the local adventures, restaurants and wineries; however time spent just hanging out at the house was a highlight of our eight night stay. We enjoyed a little snow, a little sunshine, hot air balloons overhead, a rabbit and 3 beautiful deer, and a lovely red rock view!

Cozy, relaxing & peaceful!

We made the best decision by booking this magnificent property with views to die for. We enjoyed the fact that this house was away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy spots, and it was so quiet and serene. The house has all the essentials you’ll need and it’s located in the perfect spot. Gayle was so kind with recommendations and she made sure our stay met our expectations. We can’t wait to come back! beautiful home with amazing views!

This was our first stay at a VRBO home, and it was truly amazing! The host was wonderful, and so helpful with any questions. The home itself was extremely clean and each space was well appointed and comfortable. The views were gorgeous, and the outdoor seating and hot tub were so relaxing after busy days of hiking. This house is in a perfect location...secluded, yet only about 10 minutes from wonderful restaurants; very close to many of the popular hiking trails. Red Rock State Park only about 5 minutes away! And to anyone who is concerned about a few reviews saying you need 4 wheel drive....you do not. The house is on a typical country road...you just need to drive slow and it is perfectly fine. If we return to Sedona, this house is definitely where we will stay. Far exceeded our expectations! Thank you again to Gayle for sharing your lovely home!

Everything was perfect!

This was one of our favorite VRBO homes. The location was great, just outside of town to keep things quiet, but close to so much. The mornings we had breakfast on the patio with the beautiful scenery, hot air balloons floating by each day and hummingbirds dancing around the garden flowers. In the evenings we loved the hot tub and looking up at the dark sky gazing at the stars. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was space for each couple. We also really appreciated being able to park our car in the garage.
