“Thank you very much to the host for sending the check-in instructions in a timely and clear manner. The house is as seen in the photos, we only have a few observations, the mattresses are not in good condition, the cleaning has details (dirty on the carpets, under the beds and blinds) and the house is a bit dark. However, it worked perfect for us, we needed the house to sleep, it is located close to many establishments. Thank you so much”

“What a great place to stay! I've been in a number of VRBO properties but none that had the amount of nice touches that this property offers. Coffee and tea? Check, and a variety of them. Creamers? Yep, and an assortment of flavors there, too. Some nice snacks were provided, as well as a restaurant coupon (that ended up being our favorite restaurant of the trip). The bathroom had any and every amenity you could possibly need, as well as thoughtfully providing for items you might have forgotten at...

“We enjoyed our stay. Small but comfortable for 2 adults in the historic district. We were able to walk to St Pete’s pier. Numerous coffee shops within walking distance. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and nutrigrain bars. Lisa also had a great resource book with lots of information on the area as well as suggestions for restaurants and things to do.”
