“First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake. “Room was bigger then expected, very tidy and decent sized balcony. Unfortunate that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast/brunch options and theres no real close by coffee/ cafes however there was a coffee machine in the room The in hotel restaurant doesnt open until 5.30 making room service options limited Overall I would stay again”

“We had booked 4 nights at Peppers with our 3 month old daughter. We called ahead to confirm the portacot for the room and was told it would be there on arrival. After checking in, we walked to our room to find heavy construction next door and above our room. Inside the room, the dishwasher was running with nothing in it, no portacot and a cherry picker looking directly into our bedroom. “Internet didn’t work at all in the 4 person cabins which was quite vital for us being on a working holiday. The kitchen could have been better equipped with utensils for the bbq, basics like tongs, salad servers & sharp knives. At $2000 for a week it was quite expensive for a campground right by a very busy highway.”
