We rented the lower less expensive unit but we were given access to the better unit on top that costs slightly more and the owner, realizing her mistake half way through our stay, let us know and gave us the option to stay there at no extra charge. “Mountain view and a cute little shared balcony area both second floor and the first floor. Dog friendly and the room was cozy and clean. We’d love to stay here again whenever we visit Sedona. Neighboring town it’s called Cottonwood was fun too. Quick drive from the property and there is a street with all the nice little local restaurants and shops there. Great area to stay! ”

The location was exactly what we hoped for -- within very easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The place is a comfortable one-bedroom apartment with a large kitchen/dining room/living room space. It's wonderfully appointed, and it was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We couldn't recommend it more highly.”
