“My family had a wonderful time at Bob's place. The house was so cute and full of history. He provided tons of things to play with at the beach that we really enjoyed. The spa pool was amazing and great to lounge in after the beach. The place is steps from the beach and incredibly comfortable. We will definitely stay there again. My entire family absolutely loved it and we will cherish the memory of all of us together in such an enchanting spot forever.”

The house is as seen in the photos, we only have a few observations, the mattresses are not in good condition, the cleaning has details (dirty on the carpets, under the beds and blinds) and the house is a bit dark. However, it worked perfect for us, we needed the house to sleep, it is located close to many establishments. Thank you so much”

“My daughter and I stayed at this charming rental for Mother's Day weekend. This was perfect and our host Dayana was a gem. So responsive and genuinely cared that we were comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, beach towels, chairs and a mini cooler were provided. Dayana even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Nice touch! We each had our own bedrooms which were quite comfortable. The private patio was so nice and we were close to everything! Coqina Beach and the Dacquiri Deck were the best! ...

“Bedroom TV did not work. The biggest thing of the whole deal was the showers were way too hot and there was no way to turn it down. I am a contractor so somebody needs to mess with the shower valve. It is way too hot if I had a little kid, we would’ve been in trouble, but other than that it was very pleasant. We would probably be back.”
