We didn't make it to the pool, but enjoyed breakfast overlooking the pond. Communication with the host was outstanding, and his recommendations for restaurants and things to do were great. We were 20-30 minutes from soccer activities and multiple beaches, so appreciated being somewhat centrally located for all of the things we wanted to do in...

“Pros and cons to every place one stays. Pros: there is a bay outside the front that I did see (two) dolphins in. The owner is quick to respond. The room has the basic essentials. The pools (bc FL) were warm and the clubhouse nice. Cons: I arrived on a Sunday and PM’d the owner. There was a strong smell of toxic chemicals in the interior hallway of the building (not in her unit). I noted in smelled of mold killer, pesticide, or strong paint chemicals.
