“Our family had an amazing week in Madeira Beach. Jeffery’s condo is conveniently located to many local attractions. The condo was clean and had all of the items needed for our stay. We especially loved the beach umbrella and chairs. Thanks for helping us experience a great vacation! ”

“This unit is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, comfy bed and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The building is still under construction from the storms so the pool area was roped off and a bit cramped but that will ease up once it’s done. The only very very minor negative about the unit is the lack of beach equipment (which the owner is very upfront about in the listing) . “Overall stay was amazing, we enjoyed the close proximity to the pool. Grandparents could sit under the covered patio and watch the grand children splash in the pool and hot tub below which were meticulously maintained. There was a presence of staff every weekday and he was friendly and professional. The beach was clean and well maintained by the city. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had most of what we could want/need to cook. ”

“We love the IRB area and this condo was excellent. The location was just steps from the beach, with a view from the deck. The condo was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Our host was communicative and responsive. We hope to return!”

“Fun time with Women from out of town. Condo and location good. Not much happening still in Treasure Island and some places still closed. Beach somewhat far from condo but ok. Communication could have been a little better about check in and check out procedures . Cleaning fee a little high. We had to throw in laundry. “The location was great. The unit had been newly painted and decorated and looked nice. However the furniture, couch, bedding and mattresses specifically need replacing. Also the tile floors need to be cleaned. The description of having a half bath was a little misleading as a toilet and sink were installed in a storage closet with the hot water heater and beach supplies. "Excelente hotel, fácil acceso con el vehículo, rápido check-in, hotel muy bonito empezando por la fachada, lobby, área de la piscina , elevadores y la habitación, todo limpio , desde que llegamos tuvimos muy buena imagen e impresión. Excelente servicio al cliente de todo el personal desde los señores del valet parking, la atención del lobby en especial la Sra Helena fue excelente, nos hizo sentir como huéspedes VIP sin serlo, Housekeeping.
