“Great location, plenty of beaches, parks, eateries, shops,etc..The room was clean, however, this is a bedroom that used to be part of a complete condo. Probably used to be the "master". The a/c is a portable a/c that is usually for temporary use. There are vents in the ceiling and I believe there is an a/c in the closet that is locked, however there is no thermostat to control it. (probably in the "main unit"). The "kitchenette" is a shelf in a closet in the bathroom.? The fridge is under the...

“The unit was very nice and comfortable. The only problem was most of the chairs on the deck were in bad condition so the deck wasn't used much. All other accommodations' were above average. The elevator was very slow at times, so we used the stairs occasionally because we got tired of waiting. We loved the 5th floor and am very interested in using the same unit again next year during January. Thanks, eric”

“What you see is what you get. The pictures are accurate to how everything looks. A litter smaller than angles suggest but for 2-4 people it is MORE than ample space.The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen and master bedroom and is spacious. The shower is roomy and has a built in seat if needed. The master room is great for a couple while the smaller room is better suited to a single adult or 2 agile youngins. Both have queen/full beds. “Property was perfect with two huge king beds with two large bathrooms. plenty of room for clothes. Refrigerator was adorable!. Plenty of seating for three of us that stayed. Very well kept, loved that it came with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach carts. Standing outside of the property, you could see the bay as well as the beach. Location was absolutely perfect! 1000% recommend, will definitely be staying here again.”
