“The sewage was not working in two WCs , two broken chairs, the room service didn’t come regularly, the delivery are not allowed simply to get to the chalet I had to get out to the lobby or call them to allow the delivery boys in. “Terrible over all experience. It is impossible to get to this place without going thru military security because it is very close to the president palace. The place and the staff are very nice. But unfortunately the room was 20 minutes walk to the beach. We had to wait for golf cart to pick us up everytime we want to go somewhere. Uber driver not able to find the place. And when they find it. They have hard time getting in because the security. It is very unfortunate.”

“I used to love that hotel but the service and food quality dropped significantly. The rule for pool usage and allowed swimming suites changed and seemed that people use swimming pools wearing their regular clothes. Instead of fresh squeezes they offer packages juices that taste like plastic. In the whole hotel there was no US outlet adapter, all the room outlets don't work for US electric devices or electronic charges. The quality dropped significantly after management change.
