“Zita was an amazing host !! The property was adorable with person attention to detail. You could tell it was an important part of her life. Everything was just as promised and more.Quick access to local sights. Zita was always helpful with questions Enjoyed the property and sitting by the campfire at night looking at the stars. “We found the property to be exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to our fishing destinations. The host provided plenty of coffee and snacks, and the air conditioners in each bedroom were much appreciated given the weather. We had absolutely no issues or complaints and would happily stay again if we return to this part of the country.”

“15 members of our family stayed at Rich Valley Estate from August 9-15 2025.Check in couldn't have been easier. What a fabulous home, plenty of room(s) to sleep, gather or separate yourself to read, take a nap, watch TV or get some work in. The property is beautiful, we explored it on foot and with 4 wheelers. The swimming hole is a beautiful spot, but our kids preferred a pool which we discovered at Sizerville State Park - just a few minutes away. At night we had fires in the fire pit, showed...
