“The condo was spotless. The communication with the owners Chad and Ingrid was perfect. Any questions that might had were answered immediately. The condo had a plenty of coffee pods for the keuring. There weee plenty of towels and beach towels. Beach chairs and a wagon to pull the chairs in. The best part was the beach was just across the street. You are central to the supermarket and tons of shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!!”

“There are so many great things about this property. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The location could not be better and was surprisingly quiet. The sunrise view from the balcony was perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The small touches added by the owner makes this unit feel very special.”

“The property is large and nicely appointed. Beautiful courtyard with a very nice pool. Easy walk to Caligny Beach, shops and restaurants. Parking was always available and the unit and the complex were very quiet.Property would have gotten rave reviews but the unit needs some minor work. Needs a good thorough cleaning. Floors left our socks or feet dirty. Lightbulbs are cheap - make sure they all work and match throughout the unit. Repair the ice makerThis being said we would stay here...

“Nice spot to relax. Screen Porch was a big help in the hot summer days. Nice bedrooms and bath for 4 people. Six would be a challenge given the sleeping area is the landing outside the bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen had all that we needed for cooking during our stay.”

“This was great for a last minute getaway for our family. Updated and clean. The host was very responsive when we had questions and couldn’t find something, like the linens for the pull-out couch. Wonderful location, and access to the restaurant next door was a convenient perk.”
