“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

“The hotel was busy in the bar area on arrival which was nice check in was easy asked for iron on arrival which arrived as I opened my room the room was fresh clean and cozy,staff all great,food and drink great prices excellent stay”

“Room we had was decent size clean balcony staff very pleasant and helpful parking was few minutes away but is fine and safe”

“This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, amazing team members. Just be mindful there is no onsite restaurant for dinner (although breakfast is 5 stars).”

“Camera e bagno molto ampi e pulitissimi. Letto molto comodo. Purtroppo ha piovuto quasi sempre ma nella struttura c'era anche un giardinetto molto carino. In camera era presente tutto il necessario tra macchinetta del caffè, biscotti, latte, acqua e anche ciotole e lettino per il nostro cane. Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo, in particolare Chloe che ci ha mostrato la camera e dato ottimi suggerimenti sui dintorni durante il nostro soggiorno. Peccato per la colazione che era buona anche...
