I’ve never known such a relaxed hotel; the staff (with absolutely no exceptions) went out of their way to engage, chat, explain, facilitate… anything you could want. “An excellent modern hotel with unbelievably helpful and friendly staff. Our room was well equipped with a comfortable bed. There was a very good breakfast. We also had a couple of dinners at the hotel restaurant. The food was expensive but very good. Portions were however a little on the small size. The hotel had plenty of parking and was an easy walk into the centre of St Daivid’s. A much longer walk would lead you down to a little sandy bay. . ”

“We had comfortable stay at the Grove. The room at first glance looked very nice but on further inspection it was not as clean as I would expect. It was dusty around lights, including the bedside light. The bathroom had a strong damp smell as the shower curtain was discoloured as it hadn’t been washed or changed in a good while.
