Disappointing Experience Due to A/C Issues and Poor Communication
We had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by persistent air conditioning problems and frustrating communication with the property management company.From the moment we arrived, the A/C unit was off. Once it was turned on it struggled to cool the house, leaving the indoor temperature uncomfortably warm (90 degrees), especially during the peak summer heat. We promptly notified the management company, but their response was slow and unhelpful. It took multiple calls and messages over two days to get a technician out, and even then, the fix was temporary, with the A/C breaking down again before our stay ended. The lack of a consistently cool environment made it difficult to fully enjoy the property.Communication with the management company was equally disappointing. Responses were delayed, often taking hours or even a full day, and lacked urgency or clear solutions. When we did hear back, the staff seemed disorganized, providing vague promises about repairs without follow-through. It felt like our concerns were not taken seriously, which added to the frustration.While the property itself had potential, the unresolved A/C issues and poor communication significantly impacted our stay. We hope the management addresses these problems for future guests, as it detracted from what could have been a great experience. I’d recommend potential renters confirm the A/C is fully functional and clarify the management’s responsiveness before booking.
