“We stayed for a week at this lovely cosy (but really large) log cabin. The owner was so accommodating and quick to respond to a query I had prior to staying, and gave us lots of suggestions about the beautiful local area. The property was exceptionally clean and spacious, had everything we needed, was really warm after a day out hiking and was just so spacious for our family of five. “We stayed at Cockleshell Lodge for 10 days in November and had a fabulous time. The lodge is right on the waters edge and we would have paid for the view alone. It is absolutely stunning. There are dog walks straight from the lodge and no need to get the car ut all around the Ballimore Estate and we met the "Lady of the House" who told us some interesting facts about the estate. “Fair price, great location”

“Stunning location for a relaxing holiday. Spent a week here with 2 children (ages 6 and 2) and had a great time. Safe outdoor space for the children to play in and they loved feeding the owner's chickens nearby. 5 minute walk to a pebbled beach which was ideal for tiring them out in the evening. Lots to do locally and further afield in Oban. The cabin is clean, with everything you would need for a weeks stay.”
