“We had a great stay in this older home. Super walkable to to restaurants and coffee shops. It was great to have the travel crib and highchair for our baby (tho it should be noted the house is not at all baby-proofed so be on the alert) We enjoyed the backyard every day, and the little games provided. Kitchen cabinets were rather dishelved but have everything you would need- lots of choices of cookware for meals and baking. Great coffee maker and electric water kettle, super nice...

“Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!”

“Very spacious house. Pleanting of things to do even if you wanna just stay in the house. The yard is plenty large for games. Definitely a great place for a large group. Location is excellent every where you wanna go is with in 20 minutes. ”

“Well located property, quiet neighborhood, expansive back yard with front and back porches elevated above street level. Nicely decorated, easy to adapt to. We were able to park 2 cars off street in driveway. No washer and dryer available and limited Television reception. All concerned we had a very positive experience.”

“Really clean and nice spot in a up and coming area. We were there to watch some baseball and it was an easy walk to Coors Field. Everything in the unit was clean and worked perfectly. The property manager was very easy to deal with. Also some great restaurants right in the neighborhood. ”

“Excellent and cozy little room for 2, just what I needed in between some hiking and visiting family nearby. Kathy was responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood seems safe enough - no issues or concerns with parking one car. Convenient and close enough to major roadways, but not too close. Plenty of food options nearby. Would absolutely stay again!”
