“The house is adequate and comes up as pet friendly on the site. But told no pets. Outdoor furniture in need of a clean. Shed was not clean with left over rubbish. No front door mat. Only 1 shower mat for the floor. If secure fencing could be erected and pet friendly the house would be a great holiday stay. The chook and the kangaroos that visited was a nice surprise. ”

“A positive - the owner neighbours & dogs were friendly - important as you all share the small lawned garden off your patio. Half the unit block are rented - the holiday unit is in the middle. The accommodation was below standard in relation to the high cost. Understandably it was peak season, & we booked late (September) thereby limiting our options. .Cleanliness - the unit was not well presented and in need of a very serious deep clean.
