“The property is meticulous. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with very nice amenities. The shower is amazing with excellent water pressure and big fluffy towels. Water front is lovely. It is much nicer than the listed pictures on VRBO. We commuted back and forth to Lawrence each day and it is a beautiful drive, within about 1/2 hour. Resulted in a quiet retreat instead of plain motel. Next time I would pack golf clubs as there is a nice course within a few blocks. I...

“The back yard needed to be mowed, the kitchen smelled like sea food or fried fish, the restroom in the hall by all of the bedrooms smelled like cat urine, and only 1 of the 3 televisions worked in the home. The back deck the wood is cracked and looks like a safety hazard, had so much over growth you could barely make it down the decks steps to the overgrown backyard. “The owner didn’t let us know when the garbage went out so come over to empty the can. I appreciated that but then let himself in to “ turn out the light “. The was a bat flying around in the basement with guano all over the floor. Parking was horrible with narrow streets and cars everywhere. We moved to a different property that was much better She offered to us. I don’t like to complain but it was ridiculous. I believe the owners or manager came in the property at least a couple of times while...

“It seems like a good place overall but had some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Specifically the trash was in front of the house and was very full and stinky the entire visit. The bathroom drain wasn’t working well and needs snaking. Most of all, the lower level bed had a broken frame and slats and the members our party had to sleep in a terrible bed that was beyond sagging. Needed to be replaced. It was unacceptable really. On the plus side, we appreciated that we didn’t need to...

“Cute house in nice quiet neighborhood! Our packages and deliveries got there and were undisturbed. We enjoyed staying there. Lots of space for everyone. The property could use a deep cleaning. Also water for the shower kept getting cold and we would have to keep turning it off then on again multiple times to get more hot water. So for one shower you may have to repeat the off/on step 6 or 7 times. The soap dispenser kept falling off the shower so we just put it on the shower floor since...

Opiniones sobre hoteles destacados en Spring Hill

InterContinental Kansas City at The Plaza by IHG

InterContinental Kansas City at The Plaza by IHG

8/10 Bueno
