“We a little rough start. Keypad didn't work and hard to get in touch with Joe. Luckily door was unlocked and key was inside for door knob lock. The location is outstanding. Couldn't get any better. Quiet and clean. Free parking garage is a bit of a walk. Hassled outside while trying to load vechicle by lot attendees (they need to learn kindness).. Warnings are spot on. Thanks for great stay.”

“The property is well located and walkable to old town across the Lions Bridge. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Coffee and toiletries supplied. The only negative was that the living room sofa and chair were EXTREMELY uncomfortable which made it impossible to enjoy evening reading or TV. We’re older and we needed a comfortable seating area to rest and recoup after a day of site seeing and shopping. ”

I have one suggestion, in addition to providing bedding and towels, wash clothes would have been helpful but certainly a minor detail compared to the all the amenities that were available.
