Hideaway céntrico, alojamiento tipo estudio, en el corazón del distrito histórico

La casa principal es una casa victoriana renovada alrededor de 1880. Este estudio es una unidad trasera con entrada privada, cama queen, aire acondicionado / calefacción central, WiFi, televisión por cable y una cocina con nevera grande, microondas y cafetera Keurig. El baño tiene una ducha grande y hay una estación de trabajo / mesa de maquillaje para su conveniencia. La ubicación es súper central a dos cuadras del frente de la bahía y a pasos del campus de Flagler College. Los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad están a pocos minutos a pie. Para viajes más allá, las bicicletas están estacionadas afuera de su puerta listas para explorar horizontes más amplios. Se ofrece estacionamiento de pago junto a su estudio.

Everything was beyond Excellent! The Studio was perfect for us. Clean, quiet, centrally located to everything, including the Historic district. The price was great! Exceptional deal for the location. Our Host, Joe, was incredible! Worked with us on check in. Communications were Excellent and Timely. Even had the chance to meet up with Joe in person and swap some stories. Wonderful Man. Overall, a Fantastic 3 night, 4 day get away in Beautiful St. Augustine. Everything in their description on VRBO was spot on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this WONDERFUL Location. We definitely will be back many times to come. Stayed many nice locations around St. Augustine in the past, but this one really spoiled us.

The location is excellent! However, the parking is a PITA. We couldn't connect to the internet. Ran out of paper towels and cloth towels (bath and kitchen) are limited. Overall this location and stay is well worth it. The host was quick to respond and the room is clean but could use a little more attention to corners for harmless critters coming in from the cold that couldn't find their way out. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

This Downtown Hideaway Was Perfect!! The free parking was just a short walk from the room and we never needed our car until we left. This place was in absolute walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go...the whole historic downtown St. Augustine. The kitchen area has a microwave, coffee maker, sink, and full size refrigerator, plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups and utensils. No stove top/oven for use. There's a little table with chairs inside, as well as a table and chairs outside. It was nice having our breakfast and coffee outside in the mornings. No drawers for clothes, but there was a clothes rack to hang some, and I used the counter top of the work station/make-up vanity to put out the rest of my clothes (I like taking my clothes out of my luggage). I did notice, but didn't need to use, that there was some beach gear available for use; a couple beach chairs, a cooler, and something else it seems like, I can't remember what it was. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the temperature/climate of the room was easy to control and stayed nice as we set it.From time to time we could hear footsteps from the room above us, but it was never a bother.The host, Joe was very nice and answered any questions we had promptly.We would definitely stay here again. Location and amenities were perfect for us.

The kitchen is small, however it has everything one could need including coffee pods and dish soap wine glasses etc. The convienence was terrific. We parked in the garage and never used the car again until we left. St. George st and most of the hi-visited places are close by. We would stay there again.
