  • La casa principal es una casa victoriana renovada alrededor de 1880. Este estudio es una unidad trasera con entrada privada, cama queen, aire acondicionado / calefacción central, WiFi, televisión por cable y una cocina con nevera grande, microondas y cafetera Keurig. El baño tiene una ducha grande y hay una estación de trabajo / mesa de maquillaje para su conveniencia. La ubicación es súper central a dos cuadras del frente de la bahía y a pasos del campus de Flagler College. Los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad están a pocos minutos a pie. Perfect location in the heart of the old city! Walking distance to great shops, restaurants, the fort, the Basilica, and more! Host was super communicative and friendly. Definitely would stay here again!

This place was well worth it. The location is right in the middle of all of our go to places so we were able to park the car for the weekend and walk everywhere. We loved the back patio. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay! We came for a wedding, and it was the perfect location. Great size for two nights for my boyfriend and I. We enjoyed the deck outside too!

Me and my partner had a wonderful time! The location was perfect and the room was very clean. Parking was a little bit of a hassle but we took it as an opportunity to walk the area.The host was very kind and communicative as well!

This was our first stay here and we are hoping to book again next year. We love the location, if you are not familiar with St. Augustine, the Spanish St. location is central (walking distance) to just about everything downtown. There are literally dozens of restaurants, bars/pubs, coffee shops and gift shops just a few steps away. The unit was small & cozy perfect for two adults. Parking was included at the downtown garage which was a REALLY nice bonus! The host was attentive and communication was prompt, including an easy check-in and out process. Five stars all the way.

GREAT LOCATION! We were steps away from St. George street and were able to walk everywhere which made it so fun! They have you park for free in the parking garage about an 8 minute walk away after you drop your belongings, and then you don't need your vehicle at all. It is a small unit, but it was perfect and cozy for my husband and I! The host was very kind and communicative. We wish we had stayed here every visit to St. Aug!

Perfect location to historic district near St George and bay front. Free parking provided in city garage but we opted for the convenient pay by the day lot across the street. The seating could be more comfortable. The new back deck was a nice surprise and ideal.

Fantastic location, one block off St George. We had all the amenities we needed. Only drawback was delivery trucks at 6:30 in the morning with their backup alerts! We would definitely stay again, and recommend this place highly.

Excellent location, excellent host, excellent bed and room in unique private space with private entry. Loved the ease of walking everywhere. This is on of my favorite places I’ve traveled to and stayed for a few days while attending a wedding.

The location is amazing and the accommodations were very comfortable for my husband and I. We parked at the free parking that was available with the house. We didn’t move it until we left to go home. The host was very communicative and responsive and he was able to allow us an early check in. We will be back!
