Perfect family getaway!

Thank you to the host of uptown, cozy guest House! My teen, and I had a perfect spring break visit due in large part to the wonderful accommodations. The space was clean, airy, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood felt very safe. We even took a sunset stroll and met some lovely neighbors. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect cottage

My daughter and I stayed here when moving her in to her apartment near Flagler College. The location was convenient and the home had everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Property needs some cleaning. Crumbs on coffee table, all dishes had to be cleaned- had ketchup and other food particles on them. Living room sofa felt sticky- needs some cleaning.Bed was abominable- mattress topper and pillows too small for a king size bed- no support no comfort. Couldn’t sit outside by the fire pit bc of the young stalker across the street:/

Very comfortable!

Perfect location to see all the attractions and restaurants in St Augustine. Bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the patio having a morning cup of coffee.

Delightful!

Exactly what we needed and hoped for when we booked. Clean, quiet, comfortable with a wonderful host responsive to inquiry. Off street parking. Very well equipped kitchen. Laundry an added bonus for travelers. Would definitely book again if in the area. Highly recommend!

Frushour review

The property was clean, neat, comfortable. Was short on dish towels. The TV’s were difficult to run plus the football game was in Spanish and couldn’t change it. Lastly, a huge cockroach came walking out from under the stove just before we checked out. All in all though, the unit was good.

Perfect for 2

Very clean, comfortable apartment. Had everything we needed for the 3 nights we spent there. Only a mile and a half from downtown. Beach is further away than we thought but it was all good! Would recommend this unit as it was very affordable too!

Cozy & Cute home on a quiet street

Had a great time in this little 1 bedroom unit. It was comfy even with overnight guests sleeping in the convertible sofa. It had everything we needed for our 3 day, 2 night stay. Parking for two cars was a plus and it was a short drive to the town center. Communication with Danny was topnotch...Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Safe and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It was within easy driving of places we wanted to visit. The hosts were very responsive to our inquiries. Great place and would stay there again.

Nice getaway

Stayed here for the Nights of Lights event in St. Augustine. Nice quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of the historic district. Trip into historic district is only a few minutes and the home was within walking distance of a nice coffee shop.

Centrally located and cozy

This was my first stay in St. Augustine and booking a guest house, I'd book this guest house again. It's a beautiful, conveniently located neighborhood, with a cozy vacation feel. Everything was provided that we needed during our stay, especially since we cooked a few meals here. I was impressed that we had access to everything from a nice Keurig, to pots and pans, and even basic spices for our meals. It was a quiet and restful place to spend our time, perfect for 2 of us. We were even provided with a list of things to do and places to eat. Again, I would book this location again and can't thank the hosts enough for providing a lovely space to rest and relax for my birthday weekend.

Wonderful Time Exploring St Augustine

Wonderful stay at this location. Meticulously clean and has many amenities. A short walk to the coffee shop in the morning. Used the bikes to ride through downtown and explore the historic district. Would definitely come back when we return to St Augustine.
