  • Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this 1920's fully renovated luxury apartment is walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. In the early Florida boom period of the 1920's, British developer D.P. Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.

Great property, great location and host. Perfect size for two people. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. St Augustine beach and Crescent beach both short drives from apartment. Highly recommend this place.

It was our first time visiting St Augustine & we couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. The host was wonderful & responsive to work with. The rental was very clean and welcoming! Everything we needed was available and so close to all of the points of interest that we enjoyed! What a fabulous experience and I will be referring this rental to everyone I know wanting to visit the beautiful area!!

The property was very nice and Chris was extremely helpful and accommodating and friendly. The one thing I wish was the stairs are not great for seniors but we loved the property.

Very clean and cute unit. Parking was convenient, and the neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. The only downfall was all the stairs when unloading our luggage/belongings from the car up to/down from the unit. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, but when we were there any noise from the downstairs unit was very audible through the walls and floor. Overall, it was a great place to stay for our quick trip to explore in St Augustine.

This is our second stay at this property different rooms each stay. This unit has a private secure entrance with stairs to your apartment with a second lock. A/C is amazing. Full kitchen with basics for cooking. Bed is pretty comfortable. Sofa is a little worn but not a deal breaker. We really enjoy the quiet neighborhood and walkability to historic district, dining and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking/running. Owner was generous in providing a couple of beach chairs for our use. Thanks for another great stay in a beautiful town!
