  • Located just over the stunning Bridge of Lions, in St. Augustine, this peaceful and centrally-located unit on Anastasia Island is a short 10 minute walk to historic downtown St. Augustine.

    The space:
    This guest rental is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit, located on the ground-level of a duplex that is just a few minutes walk to beautiful Historic Downtown St. Augustine.

    Also, gorgeous St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park, with its white-sandy beach, welcome you in less than a 10 minute drive.
    Beach towels and cooler included.

    Whether it's a long weekend away with a friend, a romantic couple's weekend, or an extended stay, you'll love the laidback vibe.

    Enjoy an evening in with a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steal appliances (new fall 2023) while relaxing in the quaint and cozy living area and dining space.

    The living room offers an inviting and comfortable setup for relaxing and watching a movie on the 55" smart TV.
    Samsung TV and Netflix are included.

    The master bedroom includes a ceiling fan, King Bed, a closet with shelving, hangers and a luggage rack. Extra blankets are also included.

We had an amazing time! Loved the condo; it was exactly as listed. The host was welcoming and helpful. Great location between the beaches and historic downtown St. Augustine. Would recommend 100%!!

We are first time VRBO’s and Murphys Law seems to follow us no matter where we go. So we were so relieved when we arrived to find this absolutely adorable little beach apartment. It is immaculate which is always the first thing I look for, perfectly decorated and stocked with all the necessary essential’s to make life comfortable. The bed AND pillows were awesome. No waking up with stiff back and necks with this place and it was also very quiet too. As for location, it is very close in to St. Augustine, at best 10 minutes for an average walker, across the beautiful Kings Street bridge. (Make sure you are there at dusk for sunsets and city lights) It was the perfect place to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. Thank you Amy for a simply lovely place.

We were very impressed by how neat and clean our rental was when we got there. We had all the amenities we needed. The overall beach theme is impressive and pleasing. Our host Amy, was very friendly and helpful in making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great place for the weekend

We had a great weekend. This place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was a quick walk across the Bridge of Lions and into the quaint city of St. Augustine. Would definitely recommend this place. The nice backyard, great parking, clean and stocked with everything you will need.

The location was perfect- such an easy walk over the bridge of lions. Nice to be out of all of the traffic in St Augustine. It was clean, bed comfy & enjoyed the back patio. The grill cheese bar had great music & food as well as Odd Birds. Both just a few steps from the unit. Amy was quick to respond.

In town for New Years and a friends 60th bday.

We were a group of about 25 all on the same street which was so cool to be able to share meals and private time etc and to be able to park our vehicle's and walk everywhere was a huge bonus. We have actually decide to try and make an annual trip with this group of people. We highly recommend any Property Amy had available. She was amazing to work with and the space was exceptional.
