We completely enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again on our next visit to St. Augustine. The property is very inviting, comfortable and we found it exactly as advertised. The amenities were great and we were within walking distance of all to do in the downtown area. An added bonus was the entire property is fenced in so we could let our pet Samoyed out to exercise without her leash! Definitely recommend.

Lincoln House was beautifully renovated and decorated. Clean, with very comfortable bedding. Kitchen was well equiped. Location in historic Lincolnville close to downtown St. Augustine.

Wonderful getaway with family! House came with everything you needed, including bikes and beach chairs. Great location,; within walking or biking distance to historic downtown. Definitely will stay again when we are up in St. Augustine!

Wonderful location - we were in walking distance of everything but easy drive to the beaches and outlying areas. Host was super responsive and attentive. House had all of the promised amenities to make our stay super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Getaway

I wanted a few quiet days to get away. This was the perfect spot. The owner was quick to answer any questions. We had a clean house close to everything and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

A perfect holiday

Our stay at this property was perfect for New Year’s! Its proximity to the historical town and attractions made exploring incredibly convenient. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very cozy, and the space was ideal for our family. The host went above and beyond, providing exceptional service, communication, and support. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Beautiful house and great location!

This property exceeded our expectations! It is exactly as pictured, actually roomier than we were expecting. Communication with the host was perfect, wonderful location to see Historic Downtown, and short drive to the beach. We loved this property and look forward to coming back!

House and location were excellent. House is in great condition and very comfortable. Location is close enough to main activity ( walkable), but in quiet historic section. We had a great stay.

The PERFECT Place

My husband and I got married in St Augustine last weekend and this was the PERFECT place for us to stay. The house is stunningly beautiful, it was so well furnished and clean! It was a 5 min drive to our venue and had enough parking for the girls to get ready the morning of! The hosts were very accommodating and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going good! We will definitely be back..maybe for our anniversary!!

Great Historic Home

The home was well appointed with everything needed - even candles & birthday banner! The home was about 0.8 miles from the historic district, but there were several different sized bikes with locks and cup holders beat the summer heat while exploring the area. The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillow consistencies and blankets. The are ductless a/c units for each room allowing everyone to adjust room temp to their particular comfort level. The fenced back yard afforded a safe space for our dogs to play. We didn't have the best weather to use the gas fire pit, grill and table w/outdoor string lights - but certainly a great area for family gathering in the winter. The home is decorated in an interesting blend of modern and historic - from stone accent wall to antique mirrors. There were large flat screen TVs in each room. The sectional in the living area was deep and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet with majority of homes re-modeled (typical for St Augustine). We will certainly rent again when visiting the area.
