Perfect location, short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. Very clean and well appointed rental with a very comfortable bed. Outstanding comminication with the host. Would highly recommend.

This property was amazing!!! Clean, lots of extra towels and linens! Short walk to the beach and restaurants. A little coffee shop was less than a 5 minute walk from the house! The house itself was a beautiful property. 2 bedrooms with queen beds both very comfortable. A beautiful balcony off the master bedroom that was nice to take advantage of early in the morning while the kids were sleeping. The little house under the stairs was a game changer for our littles! They loved it! Although this was a great stay and we will hopefully go back again this summer, there were a few things that made it a 4 star for us. The kitchen was a beautiful space but there was minimal cookware and bakeware so cooking full meals was difficult. We compromised by just going out. Lol. The air conditioner was on a temporary hold so every time we lowered it, it would lower until it hit the temp and then reset back to the higher temp. It was not a super big deal because outside temps were low so we did not need it much. I also did not notify property manager but I am sure if I did they would have been very responsive! There were no TVs or dressers in the bedrooms. Which was inconvenient but not a huge deal. And lastly the bathroom door handle downstairs needed repair so we could not shut the downstairs bathroom door all the way. None of the issues caused a problem for our stay but it did assist in rating it a 4 star. We absolutely loved this house and do plan on renting it again.

We had such a great stay! The host was incredibly accommodating of a last-minute booking. It felt cozy, calm, meditative & is im a great location and super cute for a weekend trip. We loved how clean it was when we checked in! The outdoor shower was awesome. The backyard felt very private and I love that we were able to do a workout and meditation session in the backyard. It was very peaceful. Also, right next to the beach, which we loved that we were able to walk right over. The only thing that could’ve made this property the tiniest bit better would be a few cozy throw blankets down in the living room. Only because the AC was amazing and was able to get nice and cool inside. Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay! I will definitely be returning.

Such a beautiful, clean little place to stay! We visited with our 7- and 10-year-old, my husband, and my mother-in-law, and it was perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the cozy nook under the stairs with books and toys—it was such a thoughtful touch.The location is great: walking distance to the beach and a charming coffee shop, and only about a 15-minute drive to the main area of St. Augustine. We were in town celebrating my husband’s birthday and really enjoyed the tours and the Night of Lights.Overall, our stay was absolutely 5 stars. For families, I’d just recommend bringing your own coffee, sugar, and toiletries, as some items aren’t stocked (there is a coffee pot, but no coffee). That said, a quick trip to nearby Publix solved everything easily.We would definitely stay here again! The owner was also very responsive and lovely to work with!
