- Nestled in H1, the most historic district in St. Augustine, this delightful apartment has great proximity to downtown with Flagler College up the street from us and in viewing distance.
It offers a bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 twin bed with French doors between the two for added privacy. Guests can enjoy amenities like central AC, Wi-Fi, private balcony, washer dryer in the apartment and access to the homes large pool heated from April 1st to November 1st.
The apartment is located on the second floor up one flight of stairs.
Free designated Parking.

Very welcoming and a lovely place to stay, so close to historic places. Even a neighbor helped us up the stairs with luggage. Had a great visit with the owner helping us navigate the TV.

This was one of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed in. very clean and well appointed. loved every thing about it. easy walking distance to the best parts of St. Augustine. very friendly owners with excellent communication. pick this place and you wont regret it!

Kirsten’s home was really great! Very well stocked with everything we needed. She was very responsive and even kept the pool open ( sadly, the weather wasn’t quite pool weather ). The location can’t be beat, free parking and easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

This was the perfect place for our long weekend in St. Augustine. It is so close to everything, yet quiet enough to enjoy the beautiful heated pool in the backyard. The owners were very quick to answer our questions. Not a negative thing to say about this rental! We will definitely stay here again.

This property was wonderful. it was close to st. george street and the college. perfect location for us. the property was very clean. the host were very nice. we did not use the pool but it looked inviting. would definitely stay again

Oh my gosh what a charming apartment! My husband and I had never been to Saint Augustine and this apartment is the perfect location. It was very very clean. I loved everything from the balcony overlooking the pool to the perfect pillows on the super comfy bed!!!

St Augustine Vacation
Very nice apartment. Our unit was stocked with everything you would need. Location is a great. About a 3 to 4 minute walk and you will be in the start of the downtown St Augustine. It is a 20 minute drive to St Augustine Beach or Vilano Beach. I would also recommend a show at the St Augustine Amphitheater if you have time.

Lovely property with super location in Historic St. Augustine. Walking distance to so many things like breweries, St. George Street with all its shops, etc. the apartment looks better in person than in the photos! It also has a pool and bikes. The king size bed was very comfortable and there are smart TVs in the den and bedroom. Wi-Fi connection worked well. There is a single bed in an attached room off the master where your kid or another adult could sleep, so this could accommodate 3 adults easily. Full size fridge. There is a cute little patio off the kitchen overlooking the pool. Off street parking can park 2 vehicles easily. The owner was very responsive. I could keep gushing compliments, but I think you get the idea! We will be returning here, 5 stars!

fabulous place - rooms appointed beautifully, kitchen and bathroom were modern and beautiful....apartment is close to all of the fun things to do in town, is cleaner than many hospitals...and is very well stocked with necessities and more...

This is a second-story apartment in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from most of the historic part of St. Augustine. It is large: 4 1/2 rooms plus an enclosed balcony. It is comfortably furnished and outfitted. The bed and bath linens were plentiful and high quality. The full-size, eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and supplied.We really enjoyed out stay and highly recommend this property.
