The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The little double-recliner loveseat in the living room is so comfortable!!! The soft addition of the throw blanket was very homey to use on the couch. And the mini-split AC/heater system for each room was wonderfully versatile. We used both heat and AC over the course of our January stay. The host was super accommodating, quick-responsive and very kind. If we come back to this area in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again.

The house was cute unfortunately the toilet was dirty, it was freezing cold and the neighborhood was very sketchy. We did not stay, leaving after 20 minutes. The host did respond to my complaint, but did not offer a partial refund.

Oberall great facility

I do want to note that if you have a large vehicle this might not be the place to rent. I own an El XLT Expedition and didnt quite fit. We made it work though. Every thing else was great. Quite, clean, spacious property.would recommend.

Impromptu staycation

Great location, very close to downtown. The hosts have thought of everything you could need in this tiny house. The layout was spacious, perfect for a couple to cuddle up in. All the creature comforts of home with a chick bungalow feel. The space was clean and neat, everything at your fingertips and grounds were well taken care of. Do not hesitate to book this little gem.

We arrived and were pleasantly surprised how this little gem had so much to offer. We grabbed the beach chairs and towels for the beach. In the freezer was an ice pack ready to go. The home is set back from the road and neighbors were quiet. We had everything we needed

Oasis in St Augustine

Adorable little house perfect for two! Located in up-and coming area of town! Host has thought of all the little essentials! we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Love the local flare of W. King St., just a short walk away.
