Very cute. Unfortunately, a Murphy bed was not a good choice for older Seniors. We did check out the upstairs porch, but attempted the stairs only once.

Steps to beach

This studio is far better than a hotel room! Modern finishes with all the amenities you will need and the views from the upper deck are spectacular! The pebbled yard is fully fenced with a small table for outside dining or relaxing in the shade The best feature is how close this unit is to the beach--less than half a block! Enjoy the great shower, comfy bed, inside dining table, fully equipped studio size kitchen and nice quiet AC The host was really good at communicating and helped us with any questions we had I highly recommend this rental

Should not have stayed a second night

This property is very hip, unfortunately we seem to be more the broken hip crowd. The mattress was very soft. The outdoor space was under emergency construction (although no compensation was offered) so we could not get upstairs. There are only a couple seats in the place, it would have been nice to have a place to sit outside. Odor: There was a strange odor in the unit. Don't know if it was from the construction or was part of the place. Had to wash clothes not warn on the trip to get rid of the odor. The fridge door handle was broken/missing. Careful with things in the fridge drawer, several imems froze/spoiled the first night. Parking: Plan on parking on 5th st, the driveway is not designed for multiple cars/visitors. There was ample parking on the street in the evening. Pets: It's great they allow pets. There is animal feces ground into the rocks that are the driveway. There is a small patch of grass in the fromt yard, but the landmines are there too. Nice patch of grass by A1A to walk your dog. Disappointing at this price point.

Great little studio

We spent 6 days in St Augustine and this little place was all we needed. We spent time on the beach, which was less than 100 yards away. We spent time downtown. The restaurants within walking distance are great. We had an issue with the WiFi but Dani was very responsive and helpful.

Great location

Property is in a great location and the beach is beautiful. Property itself was a bit over used, needs a deep cleaning and freshing up. The crows nest was not accessible due to repairs. Communication once on site with the host took hours to get a response. All in all, we did get a partial credit. Just a bit disappointed.

The directions to access getting in were not accurate so one door in place never could be opened. The cook stove was a huge hassle as some of the pans are not for a convection stove.Cooking on a convection stove on vacation is not reliable There were no mats for wet sandy feet. no hooks for wet suits or bathing suits. conditioner supplied smells like chemicals. shower stall backs up for the first 3 minutes of a shower. over all way to much money for the peoblems

Cute Cottage

This cute cottage/Studio was perfect for me and my Boyfriend weekend getaway on our first Bike trip. Very clean and quiet and very short walk to beach and short bike ride to historic town. I loved the location and cleanliness Thank you June

Great location!

We loved the location of this cute little bungalow! The space was small, but enough room for my husband, myself and our doggie. We were steps from the beach and loved the upper deck to relax and look at the ocean! It's within walking distance of several great restaurants and the little town is so cute and quiet. It's a short drive to down town which we loved. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little getaway !

We arrived Sunday and stayed until Tuesday. The place was super cute, small, but perfect for my daughter, her dog and I. Mommy/daughter time. We loved the 100 steps to the beach and the upstairs porch. It was all amazing. The home was very clean and updated. We ate out every meal but we certainly could have cooked indoors. Shower was great and washer/dryer a bonus. I certainly want to go back with my husband soon !! We were very sad to leave. 10 minutes from downtown. A diner and other cute restaurants right near our stay, in walking distance.

People can go through from the blue gate to the rooftop and see everything at slide door, window very easily if the curtain opens. The bed a little small for a couple. Rooftop with many cigarettes left .Share parking 🅿️ not safe for overnight..

Belated Honeymoon

Great place for a beach front getaway! Perfect setup for a couple. easy walk to the beach and a private viewing deck above the bungalow for watching sunsets. Several great restaurants within easy walking distance ( Mango Mango's for dinner, Opie's for breakfast) and downtown St Augustine is 15 minutes by car. Dani was very proactive and easy to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend and certainly plan on visiting again!

Spectacular!

Fabulous little place. Steps from the beach. Sun deck on top is a little slice of Heaven, especially at sunrise. Everything you need and nothing you don’t, just know the electric cooktop and the toaster are the only cooking devices. But no complaints at all. Very fair price and excellent communication with manager.

Relaxing!

Great space that is steps to the beach. Also close to anything else you may need whether it be on foot or in a car. Bonus being pet friendly. We stayed in winter and the temps were perfect. The outdoor space was great and we were only able to enjoy it bundled up due to 20+ mph winds! Definitely stay here again!

Peaceful with a wonderful view of the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view of the beach from the upstairs deck was beautiful, and the beach is a very quick walk away. We were so pleased with how quiet, peaceful, and clean the studio was. Parking was very convenient too.
