It's a little chilly in March

We had a good family reunion vacation. The town is clean and friendly. We liked walking in downtown. The weather was a little chilly and windy this time, so not much swimming for a kid. We will come back sometime in summer.

Location is very close to the beach and several unique lunch/ brunch areas. 20 minutes from down town St. Augustine so you’re not in a ton of traffic. Pool was fun as well!

Weekend Stay

Our weekend stay at this apartment was perfect. Check in process was easy. It was clean and perfect for a family with kids. The walk to the beach was 2-3 mins and the communication with owner was great. They respond quickly! Will be back!

Feels like home.

This VRBO was a great stay in a great location. Walkable to everything. Very clean with great amenities. 1tip: park at the very front of the apron to the driveway. People use this driveway as a U-Turn point. This way there is no room for them to pull in. Otherwise they are looking right into a beautiful, huge living room window.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN ST. AUGUSTINE

If you are looking for a place close to the beach and would like to have the comforts of home this is a great place to stay. We were able to walk to the beach and some of the restaurants in the local area when we weren't cooking at the rental property. We had everything we needed and also enjoyed the pool that was available to the four units. If we go back to St. Augustine this is where we will stay again.

Check in and out were easy making this a great spot for our short trip. Location is a short walk to the beach, coffee, bar, tacos - everything you need. Condo was clean and the pool was a fantastic addition to the stay.

Great apartment near the beach. The separate beds (second room) and sofabed could be more cozy and a bit more to sit (chair / sofa) on the terrace. The property was clean, the neighbors next to us a bit loud one night and parking in front of the house was good. All in one we could recommend it!

Perfection

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is conveniently located to the beach and so many restaurants. My children really enjoyed walking down to Island Donuts and we enjoyed stopping at a few of the local coffee shops each morning. The unit itself was so cute and clean. We had everything we needed. When I had a question, the owners were very quick to respond and were so kind! We really enjoyed our trip and hope to return in the future! Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Perfect Relaxing Birthday Weekend

This spot is located so close to the beach and any and everything you could want to do in St Augustine. We were able to walk to the beach and to dinner and float in the pool in the back yard in the afternoon. It was perfect and we already can’t wait to go back for our next mini vacation! This cozy little duplex was perfect! The location was a awesome, directly across the street from the beach, the renovations were amazing and verybup-to-date, the property manager stayed in contact and made everything from getting in and leaving effortless. We will be booking again on our next trip down!

Perfect spot close to the beach with great amenities!

Loved everything about this property! So tastefully decorated with all we needed to enjoy our stay. Quick walk to the beach and the hosts provided beach chairs and a wagon for our use. Nice pool right out the back door. Hosts also provided great suggestions about things to see and do and checked in often to be sure we had all we needed while there. Wish we had been there long enough to use the kitchen as it included everything one needs to cook a delicious meal. Plan to return again and possibly rent the adjoining unit to allow for more family members.
