It was very clean, bed was comfortable and a great shower. We were there 2 nights and there was only 1 coffee cup. They did bring drinking glasses and coffee cups sometime on the 2 second day.but over all a pleasant stay.

Great location!

It was a perfect place to stay with my husband while we visited our son who attends Flagler. We could walk everywhere. We would definitely stay there again.

First time to St Augustine

Excellent place to stay! Very close walking distance to the historic district. Clean and nice cozy apartment. Great communiction and support with the host on the arrangements. Highly recommend a stay here!

Small but perfect place for a couple. Such a walkable location to the heart of downtown. 5-10 minutes. No oven but who needs that on vacation. If you happen to be working WiFi works great.

Cute little 1/1, perfect for a weekend away in historic St Augustine. About a 5/10 minute walk to Francis field and St George street, respectively. Beautiful bathroom and a well decorated living space. I’d happily return again next year.

This charming place was perfect for our stay to see the lights. Listing was accurate and within walking distance to every thing we needed. 100% recommend!!! Clean, friendly and perfect!

Great choice!

We really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable and perfect for a couple, it was nestled in a cozy neighborhood, it was just a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. The unit & neighborhood was neat and clean & off-street parking accommodated my large truck. Communication between the host was great and check in was a breeze! We would stay here again and e we would recommend to our friends!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This 1 bedroom was super clean! Everything was well maintained and anything you can think of was provided. I love the neighborhood and mostly felt very safe. The street is very dark at night which seemed a little scary at first, however, we had no issues! I would definitely stay her again! The location is perfect and central to everything you need to see!

A Cute and Cozy Place to Stay - Highly Recommend

This is an excellent location, easily within walking distance to the historic area and Flagler College but just far enough away to be in a very quiet neighborhood. Parking and access are very easy, but we didn't need use the car the entire weekend. The living space is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated-- it has a really good feeling to it. Also, it was immaculately clean and no issues at all with noise, temperature, water, etc. A really nice find and we plan on staying here again when we're back in St. Augustine.

Anniversary weekend

It was amazing. The decoration and style of the house was super cute. The shower was awesome and the place was perfect. We walked to the downtown area and didn’t have to get an Uber to take us anywhere. I would I recommend better lighting in the bathroom in order to get ready. But I just moved the floor mirror in the bedroom by the window and made it work.

Girls Reunion

Really nice property in a great location. Perfect size for the two of us. New bathroom and comfortable bed. Owner communicated with us regarding an AC issue which was quickly resolved. The only suggestions would be a bigger TV in the living room and a light in the driveway area. Although there is a light at the door, the entryway leading to the door is a little dark if you're walking from your car to the door.

Centrally located.

Very nice. Charming. No stove, dishwasher or washing machine on unit B. The lack of stove was the biggest problem. The property manager provided us with a toaster promptly when we requested one. We bought a single burner and a pot to be able to cook our meals. We’re health conscious and limit dining out. The property is within walking distance (about 1.2 miles) from the center of historic area/town.

place is clean nice lay out off street parking and in walking distance to most attractions. No light over the bath sink very difficult to shave or wife t put on makeup, Sofa sleeper in the Living room was horrible to even sit on way to deep and slopes to the floor. Then returning late one night no light to a dark walk way to the entrance i tripped on the stairs we did find that someone had turn off the motion light switch which has a cover over it so that wont happen. I really think that owners need to spend a few days at there rentals and see how there properties fair.
