Our stay at Treetop Cottage was wonderful.Communication with our host was great. Check-in/check-out procedures were simple and without a hitch. We appreciated the cleanliness of the cottage as well as the location which was within walking distance of some shops and sites we wished to visit. Having The Coffee Shop right down the steps was a plus as were the gardens around the coffee shop so visible from our balcony. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was perfect - everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful despite being wonderfully located around fun spots like Spinster Abbotts. Pristine clean and comfortable - we slept deeply on the comfy bed. The host was amazing, communicative and attentive. We will definitely stay here again - I already can't wait to be back.

Treetop Cottage was exactly as described. The property was clean, comfortable and very convenient to St Augustine. The garden path to the coffee shop is beautiful and its owners are so nice. We were a 5 minute stroll to the city gate. The property manager was very quick to respond to any question. We had a great time here and wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

The location was excellent. The central location allowed us to walk to most of our destinations, particularly in the historical district. The cottage was clean and we enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the garden. Having a coffee shop onsite was a huge bonus and the owners were great! We'll definitely come back.

This place was just what i needed for some time away for my 50th birthday. It looked just like the photos and was vwry comforting and relaxing. It was centrally located and in walking distance of essentially everything! Communication with the host, Danny was exceptional. If i could give this a thousand stars, I WOULD!!

A definite hidden treasure

If you like the history, if you like great food, if you like eclectic shopping, then The Treetop Cottage is the place to stay.Everything I just mentioned is a 10 minute walk to all of it.The place is quaint and immaculate.The manager Danny is great to work with.The owners live in the house in front, with a great coffee shop located on the first floor. They are freindly and easy to talk to.I highly recommend The Treetop Cottage.

Perfect location

We had a great stay. Danny and Andrea were outstanding with communication. The parking was easy and the property was very clean. We travel to St Augustine every year for concerts and location is perfect. It is a beautiful neighborhood and an easy walk to everything. We will definitely look to book again when we go again next year!

Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Treetop Cottage. The location cannot be beat. Sitting out on the small deck/porch - we enjoyed seeing the birds in the treetops. Enjoyed all the sunlight and very comfortable bed. There are stairs to get to the unit so just be prepared / able to climb those. The coffee shop in the front building is so cute - as others have mentioned. Deb and Theo were so nice and we enjoyed getting morning coffee and delicious baked goods there. So many cute shops and restaurants in the area. Special shoutout to Cookiebird for ice cream, and Raintree restaurant. Hope to be back!

Couple's New Year's Eve

The property was immaculate and the location was fantastic! My husband and I enjoyed the stay very much. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept in; I have end stage osteoarthritis in several joints and the bed was like a cloud!!! The hosts own the coffee shop next door and are very friendly and helpful.

Cozy cottage get-away

We loved everything about this treetop cottage. It is so adorable , decorated so cute and had everything one would need. It was very clean , very close to St. George street ,the Fort , and several of the tourist attractions the city offers. It is directly behind The Coffee House Realty where I have to say I had the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had plus has aln assortment of the best home made goodies you could ever ask for. It is run by the most friendly , personable, lovely couple!!! If we ever return to St. Augustine we will definitely revisit this cozy little tree-top Cottage. <3

Beautiful Cottage

Owners are amazing. Property is in a perfect location and are close to so many landmarks. There is a wonderful coffee cafe in the front of the property to get your mornings going. Couldn’t ask for a better trip even if it did rain the whole time.

The Treehouse Cottage

The accommodations were very private, clean and comfortable for my husband and I. The location to tourist sites is great and always available parking is invaluable! Breakfast from the Coffee House was a delicious bonus. We would stay again.

Adult’s little getaway

My friend and I stayed here for a couple nights to have a nice romantic, relaxing, and fun getaway from reality. We both work really hard at our careers this little cottage was just what we needed. The place is so quaint, clean, and kept up very well. Close to the lively spot of Saint Augustine. The beach wasn’t a dar drive as well. This husband and wife duo were fast to getting to my questions or concerns. Very pleasant couple. Would stay again and definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful location and property!

First timers visiting St Augustine and couldn’t be happier with our accommodations. Treetop cottage is in a great location with the convenience of parking and a coffee shop/bakery right on property! The cottage itself is nice and private. Very clean with all the amenities you’ll need. We were there for a 3 day stay and loved the proximity to the hop on hop off trolley, the food truck just north and the nice walk to downtown. Definitely recommend for a couples stay!
