We just completed our second winter in Dunedin and our first at Jen and Jason’s property. We enjoyed our stay. Jen was a terrific host, very thoughtful and responsive. The home was neat, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The home’s location is ideal, close to downtown Dunedin, Honeymoon Island, and local restaurants and stores. We highly recommend the site.

Stayed two weeks and never wanted for anything, well stocked . Recommendations are spot on for all type of those we are lucky enough to stay here. All the amenities, comfortable bed and large soft towels. Quite most of the time but no one can predict a new drain line in the road down the street. If you’re looking for a spot convenient to everything that’s comfortable, your search is over.

The house was lovely and perfectly appointed; everything we needed or wanted was provided. All the gear we needed for a family beach outing ( nearby beaches) for adults as well as a toddler was on property. Location was such that we could easily walk to the marina, restaurants, evening spots, and shops. Quick response time when we had a question for property manager. Would absolutely recommend!

With two adult sons who love baseball, decided on a family spring fling to watch the beloved Blue Jays during spring training. We were 5 adults and a 2 year old. This accommodation was perfectly equipped for our family. The master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom was large enough to accommodate the roll away crib. The other two rooms were comfortable and a second bathroom was nearby. Beach toys, strollers and a wagon was available for use. The kitchen was well equipped. Appliances and cooking ware were clean and appeared new. When I notified the host that we were hoping to use the barbecue and needed the propane tank refill, they immediately attended to it and produced a whole new barbecue. The location was great. A 15 minute walk to the stadium. Close to all the downtown shops and restaurants and an easy drive to several beaches. Thanks to the hosts for providing such a well equipped comfortable home. Hands down, this house is the best! This was our first experience with renting a vacation house, and it was perfect for us in every way. The kids loved it, but most importantly the wife loved it! We'll definitely be looking to rebook this one. Location and plenty of space and beds are what we needed and this house exceeded our expectations in ever way.

After visiting Dunedin a year ago, I was so excited to spend time getting to know the area. It was exactly what I was hoping for and this home made all the difference. It was very clean, decoratively so beautifully and was just a wonderful and calming place to return after a day of activity. So close to everything and I couldn't have wanted for more. My friend and significant other agreed! Jen was incredibly responsive and fun to talk with. I can see why she gets such incredible ratings. They are well deserved. Thanks Jen for sharing your lovely home with us! What a fabulous time we had!

We had a great weekend for our 31st girls weekend with my sisters and sisters-in law. Perfect location and we happened to be here on a craft fair weekend. I would highly recommend!

From the first reach out by the host Jen to the end, Jen went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and all set to explore Dunedin. This house is VERY comfortable and is right in the middle of all of the exciting areas to see and experience in town. I live in Dunedin but my family and kids were coming to visit and have never been. So I rented this place to house everyone and it came with baby carriages, coffee, all the things you would need from home but don't want to bring. We were here with eight people and everyone had room to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of parking with three slots and a huge front and back porch for sitting around and catching up. Highly recommend this place and I'll be coming back for sure.

Everything you need for a family vacation. Beach chairs.. stroller..high chair.. and more. Very well stocked! No need to run out to resupply paper towels and tp... plenty of towels so no need to wash towels during your vacation.Walking distance to shops..restaurants..parks.. outdoor market. Easy check in / out. This home was the most relaxing …just show up and everything is there waiting for you. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

This was a great spot to stay for our long weekend in Dunedin! Easy walk to everything — restaurants, marina, shopping, drinks. The house was good for our group of 5 adults. The smaller king bedroom is a pretty tight squeeze (but a comfortable bed) which made unpacking tricky, but still doable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and then some). We’d definitely recommend this house.

Went down for a long football weekend. Could not have picked a better place to stay. Great location, nice, quiet & close to lots of restaurants. Host was always available & replied promptly. Would definitely recommend.

We use VRBO quite a bit- This property was BY FAR the best host we have encountered. The house is very clean, comfortable and had all and more of the amenities you want /need for vacation. Jen provided the little things which made our stay amazing. (example- sleep sound machine - blow dryer/ straight iron / clothes steamer/fans/ all new beach items ……. Many extras provided ). She was very communicative and helpful. We had zero issues but Jen checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed . The property is located within walking distance of everything in Dunedin and is a short drive to many local beaches . The house is in a perfect location and is very family friendly or adult vacay - whatever you choose- I highly recommend this property and we hope to go back again soon . We had a great week.

Accommodations were great. Location is perfect. Owner provided everything we needed for a week long stay. We felt very safe and at home the whole time. We were in close walking proximity to the Pinellas Trail and downtown. We highly recommend heading north to Rusty Bellies for a great meal. We would definitely return to this property. The umbrellas and chairs for the beach have seen better days but that is typical of most condos that provide these. Grab a bag of ice if you need to make some adult beverages when you walk in the door. There is no ice maker, just trays to make your own.

This house was very clean and very well stocked w shampoo, paper products, etc. Two disappointing concerns were as follows: Florida is extremely hot and humid in July and the air conditioning was intentionally locked so we could not lower it. All bedrooms upstairs were too warm. Also the A.C. Unit is very loud keeping us up. Also one bathroom upstairs has a difficult cast iron tub which is very unsafe to use. Plumbing struggling to get water pressure.
