“Stone Town is over rated. The area is dirty, the buildings' facades are falling apart. The public parks and beaches are mostly dirty, with garbage everywhere. I wouldn't suggest to stay there. Better stay some where else in Zanzibar and just spend one morning walking around Stone Town. The hotel air condioner was really noisy, the pillows uncomfortable. Could improve in several things. ”

“Very nice hotel, nice pool and great roof top terrace although it could use some tables and maybe a chair. ”

“The area is terribke, and the hotel looks uncozy. Breakfast is poor, Staff are friendky but the hotel is for locals, a bit rundown. I couldn't wait to get out. Certainly, it looked better in the pics. No elevator. Breakfast on floor 5. At breakfast, tv on with the burial of some person. Not the idesl program to wnjoy breakfast. The linen and towels had seen better days. Not a 3,5 hotel at all. Exoedia shoukd rate better.”

“We stayed for 4 nights and to us it's a clear 5 star rating. Rooms and facilities are very comfortable and clean, excellent food, staff is very very nice, great beachside location. Very good-looking facilities overall. Regarding the beachside experience, the area with beds and parasols is slightly elevated from the beach itself and the water, which provides a wall that "shields us" from the insisting vendors. This was a reason for us to choose this hotel and it turned out great. Also, the...

“Perfecta estadia en el hotel. Mucho espacio verde, bares bien distribuidos ,playas limpias. Seguro. ”

“Its offered as an all inclusive which is not. The only thing you can drink without soda or alcohol is water which is unacceptable. The food is very poor only offering at the buffet unhealthy options such us fries, pizza and hot dogs. The room is a 3 star accommodation not a five star and the service is awful very slow and not giving any solutions to your request. We’ve had many problems such us a door which cannot be closed at the room entering mosquitos and we ‘ve complain at least 8 times in...
