“Very clean and cozy. This place is quiet, and the amenities outdoor are perfect to spend quality time with the family. Location was great for us, KP Hole walking distance, Rainbow State Park justa few minutes away. Grocery stores very close also.”

“The property is as advertised. It isn’t a 5 star resort but you won’t be paying 5 star prices either. Tom is an excellent host and is very responsive to communications. We were very satisfied with our stay. There are numerous restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive and it is very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we could stream our favorite shows by signing in to our accounts with all the apps that are downloaded already. The kids had a blast and when the baby got cranky, mom slept...

“I was so very pleasantly impressed by this little b&b! It was very clean, and has old charm with new upgrades. The bathroom in the citrus room was SO beautiful. The beds were more firm but I do like that. It was quiet even being on a main road. Breakfast had a little bit of something for everyone. As a vegetarian, I was able to have a full breakfast! We stayed for our anniversary and wanted a nice place and I would highly recommend to others.”

“Do NOT stay at this location!! The owner is very creepy and weird. I pulled up at the day of arrival. And after he drove up in the driveway and got out. I called his name and he just looked and stared at me WITHOUT speaking! I called his name twice and he just stared at me. Super awkward and strange. Do not stay here! ”
