“Great space for 2 people, fairly priced, clean top to bottom, we booked this space for a trip to Universal studios it was short trip there, very convenient. Would stay again and recommend to others.”

“Great location near Universal Studios and Griffith Park.”

“Awesome space, we'll taken care of just off 170 in noho. Really clean indoor spaces, relaxing outdoor space and great parking.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this home in Burbank. It's in a quiet neighborhood with close access to the freeway to get to all the local attractions like Universal Studios and Hollywood. The house was clean with plenty of extra towels and sheets. Having a parking spot was a huge bonus. The kitchen had basic supplies but it would be difficult to cook elaborate meals with what was provided. But who wants to cook while on vacation anyway? Sylva was very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend...

“Overall the place was good. The house was super cute and a unique layout. However plenty of steps and stairs. The parking was frustrating, especially the first night when we were trying to unload, we were able to park in the alley behind and unload but then had to park quite a bit away and walk back. The neighborhood is not well kept and we had to watch where we stepped because of dog messes, however behind the gate for the house was better maintained. I would've liked to see a few less cobwebs...

“This house was a perfect Burbank house for our visit. It allowed our family to spread out into our own bedrooms. It was also so nice to have two bathrooms! We loved the modern decor - it felt fresh and more hotel-like. We also liked the option for playing in the back with the ping pong table. The host was very friendly and available to communicate. It was also nice to have a driveway so we had a set parking space for our rental car. Burbank is such a great place to stay with pretty much...

“Always a good stay - we've used this place several times in the past two years and it feels like a home away from home now. Plenty of street parking and a great park across the way to get a walk in. The neighborhood is great as well and fully walkable! Close to so much, especially the family we come in to see! Danny is super responsive as well.”

“Communication, guest house is very nice, good amenities. Filtered water in kitchen, two open patios, one with BBQ and bar counter. ”
