Spacious 4 bed/ 4 bath Villa on Golf Course

  • Bring the whole family or your golf group to this special place with lots of room for fun and relaxation! Spacious end unit with gorgeous water and golf course views. When not golfing, at the beach, or nearby pool, relax on the screened porch and watch the golfers play thru or just take in the peaceful sounds of nature.

    Comfortably sleeps 8 people with 3 master bedrooms and a private loft bedroom overlooking the family room...each with its own full bath.

    During Peak Season (mid June - mid August) must check in/out on Sundays and 7 night minimum. Any other dates are three night minimum with no check-in restrictions.

    The only reserved parking spots for the villas are directly in front of the garage. All other spots are open and do not require a parking pass. of As a courtesy to the neighbors, please limit parking to 2 cars in front of the building.

    The villa is located at the base of the intracoastal side of the bridge and the beach is just over a mile away. Rated the ‘4th Best Beach in the World’’ by National Geographic, the pristine shores of Sunset Beach are sure to offer endless hours of sun-soaked bliss during your stay. You can also choose to play one of the three SeaTrail golf courses or any of the 44 courses within 20 minutes.

    In addition, there is an on-site dining option in the Sea Trail Convention Center and is within walking distance of a number of local restaurants and shops. Should you want to step out of the tranquil surroundings of Sunset Beach, you are 5 miles from all the famous restaurant offerings in Calabash , Ocean Isle and 15 miles from Myrtle Beach.

Fishing trip

We went to do a fishing trip for a couple and days and found this house close to ocean beaches to fish as well as close to charters for fishing as well great location.

Great place for a small group of adults

Very nice, clean, well stocked condo in a quiet location. My golf group was satisfied with the accommodations and all said they would stay here again.

This is the perfect location and ideally located to the best seafood restaurants, golf courses and beaches in Sunset Beach area. We had our annual golf trip group stay here and they all said it was a perfect location and would come back. The Condo was very clean and well decorated. I Highly recommend staying here if you need a condo close to beaches and the best golf course in North Myrtle Beach and North Carolina Coastal locations.

Awesome golf getaway!

One of the coolest weekend golf trips I’ve ever taken. You can’t beat the views off the back porch, and the area is wonderful! Property manager was extremely responsive and check in/out was super seamless.

Golf Trip

The property was perfect for 4 guys enjoying several rounds of golf in the area. Very nice setting in a convenient location for golf and dining. Spacious bedrooms and living area. We all enjoyed the stay and are planning a return next year.

Our group loves this place. It was spacious clean and located on a golf hole. Each bedroom had its own bath and was perfect for our group of 8! We would go again!

June Family Vacation

It was wonderful! We all enjoyed the location and the amenities! The host was so helpful and wonderful and we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay! We are going to try and book again for 2025!

The condo served the purpose of a warm, dry place to sleep. It was very clean but also worn out. My son and I joked about how many metric tons of golfers have slept on the beds to make them so uncomfortable. It’s good for a heavily used, older resort town rental but certainly not someplace I would consider nice.

Perfect place for our golf get away

Property was was very clean and spacious. Loved that there were two queen beds in each of the 4 rooms. Perfect for 8 golfers and never felt crowded in the living area.

Spring Golf Trip

This was our groups second visit to Sea Trail golf villa. Check-in was an absolute breeze. The property was perfect for a group of 4.The rooms were spacious and each person had their own full bath which was exactly what we needed.A plethora of courses nearby made for a great trip.The villa is very clean and quiet.Regina is a perfect hostess.

Great vacation, as usual!

We have stayed in this listing several times and it did not disappoint. It was clean and everything that we needed worked great. The kitchen is very well-equipped with cookware, plates, silverware, glasses and mugs, a Keurig, a toaster etc. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a hassle-free stay!
