We had an amazing family beach vacation at Sunset Beach! The location of this house was perfect. We really enjoyed the property and appreciated the prompt communication with the host Richard. We would love to come back and make more memories at this house. Thanks for letting us call this our home for the week we were there! Few suggestions for consideration for the host:1. The cleaning crew didn't leave any bath tissues in the Master Bathroom & what they left in the other 2 bathrooms was only good for one use! (this has never happened before so something to point out to them as it is not something anyone thinks of if you are coming to stay over for a week, so we had to make a grocery run right away)2. Only salt and pepper in the kitchen (I did ask the host on this and so went prepared, but this is something at other places we have had such a pleasant experience of having a functional kitchen -something to consider expanding on)3. Communication on golf carts and bikes to be booked in advance -I inquired about these few days prior to our visit and was told to call the different vendors to get them for rent but when got there and called everything was sold out! (Something to keep in mind to book in advance esp. golf carts)4. No beach towels provided 5. No beach chairs provided as host noted that folks damage them. My suggestion put accountability on the ones who are damaging them & provide to guests as it is ultimately a beach vacation

Family beach trio

First time at sunset. Let’s just say this is our new favorite place! Love the house it was great for the family. We might need a bigger house next year. If not we would love to come back here. Very clean and spacious. We loved the kitchen and pool!!! Also elevator is a must!! Thanks!!!!

The Comforts of Home Plus

The home is beautiful, decorated nicely and very roomy. It felt very comfortable in appearance as well as functionality. We loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but most importantly was the availability for my Dad. My Dad has a leg amputated and he uses a walker and a wheelchair. The elevator, the large walk in shower and room to move in were wonderful. We enjoyed the location to the beach as well as the pool. Truly a beautiful time and we will be back.

Relaxing vacation in Sunset Beach

This house is beautiful! My family of 4 was in need of a relaxing vacation. The pool was great when we just wanted to hang at the house. The elevator was a great addition when unpacking the car and when we went grocery shopping! Rick was very quick to respond when I was having issues with the lock (my fault for not reading the directions) - but he was quick and patient with me. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was just a quick walk to the beach - it was perfect on early mornings when we wanted to watch the sunrise! :-)

Excellent Stay!

We loved this house on Sunset Beach and hope to rent it again in the future. It was perfect for our family of five- clean, bright and the pool was our favorite part! Loved the gates at the top of the stairs so small kids can’t get down to pol area without an adult. Rick was easy to get in touch with and had answers to any questions.

Little slice of paradise

From the beginning, Rick was absolutely the best host. Very caring and helpful from the booking process to checking in, anything through our stay that we had questions about as well as checking out. Everything was just as in the pictures… clean, beautifully decorated, made you feel like home. We will be back to stay again! Our week went by so fast, we weren’t ready to leave! House is tucked away from the main road so it’s much quieter and peaceful. Sunset is a beautiful little island that we’ve fallen in love with. Thank you Rick and Annette for allowing us to share your joy!

Birthday week with family.

The house is wonderful. Kitchen is fully stocked. Perfect location. Pool was perfect very private and peaceful. Elevator is a must, made unloading and loading so easy not to have to carry everything up and downstairs. We will definitely be back next year. Rick was very easy to communicate it and responds very quickly!
