    Located just under a mile from Sunset Beach, you’ll have easy access to sun, sand, and surf. Enjoy world-class golf at the nearby Sea Trail Championship course, or dine at on-site restaurants after a dip in the indoor pool.

    With a scenic park close by and only five miles from Calabash—known as the Seafood Capital of the South—this coastal gem truly has it all.

The 8-day stay was great! We had one issue with the garbage disposal not working in which the 'Property Owner' responded in a timely manner (right away) and it was fixed in minutes. Kudos to all of you! Clean, Host was great, Pet-Friendly and the Kitchen was roomy. Room to cook, clean, and eat. To the next tenants, Enjoy your stay. Sea Trail was very peaceful, beautiful and neighborly. We will miss ST. Thank and kind regards.

The Villa was IMPECCABLE. Very clean ! The bed linens and mattresses are exceptional. The towels were plush and smelled fresh. I highly recommend this Villa. Not only during the stay but afterward. I had to reach out to the owner afterward due to leaving an item there. She was so kind, went out of her way to help me after my stay. Very prompt in communicating. Looking forward to coming back again!

Beautiful Beach

We had a wonderful time. The place was spacious and well appointed. Communication with the owner could not have been better. We enjoyed being in a first floor condo. Furnishings were very comfortable.

Close to everything!

Condo was clean, well stocked with everything you might need. Close to all the action! Beach short drive, excellent golf courses, many dining options. Would stay again!

Unfortunately upon arrival the upstairs neighbor was very loud with tv and was heavily walking. Until we had a conversation and asked him to be respectful of our time did he accommodate. Was a bad start to a wonderful visit

Great Vacation Rental for Family

Yvonne was very accommodating from the moment i sent an inquiry, up until check out. The check in process and checkout process was very easy. The property was in a perfect locatjon. Only 5 min from the beach and other shops. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend!

Perfect location. So close to Sunset Beach, Calabash, Little River and North Myrtle. Owner was fantastic with communication and very easy to deal with!

Beautiful Place to getaway for a beach trip

My family was amazed at how clean and how beautiful the stay was. Property manager called me due to a question and was very quick and responsive. Will definitely book again, when we make another trip down. Reasonable pricing for such a beautiful place. Thank you again!
