  • Up On The Roof, ubicado en 161 Ocean Blvd East, forma parte de Seaside at Winding River, que ofrece acceso privado a la playa, piscina privada y club de cabañas, todo justo al otro lado de la calle de la casa.     2ª Planta: Sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y estéreo. Amplia zona de cocina con 4 taburetes de la barra. Salón comedor con capacidad para 10. cuarto dormitorio con cama matrimonial y baño compartido. Delantero y porches traseros con excelentes vistas de la playa y el océano - gran lugar para pasar el rato y disfrutar de un cóctel en la tarde.
    cubierta de la azotea: Grande para los puntos de vista del amanecer y el atardecer, un gran lugar para relajarse después de la playa o disfrutar de la noche bajo las estrellas.
    Planta baja: Un montón de aparcamiento, ducha privada al aire libre, y el almacenamiento. Las parrillas de gas y carbón. Media vuelta y hamaca porche. Yard fue ajardinado recientemente.

    Esta casa se encuentra en una ubicación ideal para caminar casi everyplace en la isla. Sólo un corto paseo de los restaurantes de la isla, así como los conciertos gratuitos, la heladería, cafetería, tienda de kite, alquiler de tienda y tienda de dulces.

    Además de tener la playa y el mar, el golf es sólo unos minutos a Lockwood Locura y campos de golf de Carolina Nacionales. También algunos de los mejores de la pesca en la costa este.

Best rental ever!

This was the nicest beach house we have ever stayed in! The host was extremely responsive to any questions that we had, the house was super clean, and the beach was amazing! We made some wonderful family memories here and hope to return next year!

Great beach house

Up on the Roof is a wonderful place to stay in Holden Beach. There is plenty of room inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked; the beds are comfortable and the view is amazing. I would definitely rent this home again.

Our family enjoyed Up On The Roof so much! Best beach rental we've ever rented. The house was super clean and looked brand new inside and out. The rooftop deck was great with its' spectacular views including sunsets. The house had unobstructed views of the ocean even though it was across the street. Our grandkids enjoyed the oceanfront pool that was directly across from our house. The reverse floor plan was great as well. Three bedrooms and a second great room downstairs which is where our daughter and her family stayed.My husband and I shared the bedroom upstairs.Lots of room and privacy. We so enjoyed having beach towels in addition to our bath towels and sheets. Lots of beach chairs and beach toys as well. The kitchen was the most "outfitted" one I've ever encountered. We had a couple of issues with the elevator and front door lock but the owner came out and took care of both. Communication with the owners was great! They were very friendly and responsive. Looking forward to staying there again next year. We also appreciated the hostess gifts! Thanks again for a fun filled week. We made lots of memories!

Great House near beach

Great house with lots of stairs, beds are nice. The small mini fridge was great for our drink cold storage. The air condition, washer/dryer was great. Overall great home to stay at.

UP ON THE ROOF

We absolutely loved this property! Large enough but also cozy enough! Had everything we needed and was conveniently right across from private beach access. The roof top views are amazing. I highly recommend and we will be back! I just love Holden.

Beautiful home

We loved our time in this home. It was exactly as advertised. Colorful rooms, the cabinets were exceptionally stocked and the home was super clean. We will definitely book this home again. Loved the beach access and the decks too!

Wonderful

Loved this house. Very clean. Beautiful decor. Plenty of room for our family. Many extra touches (hand soap, tp, bath mats, tissues, dish soap, etc) were much appreciated. Having beach chairs and sand toys was great! We spent a lot of time on the roof watching sunsets. Can’t say enough good things! Hope to return.

Great stay at Up On The Roof

We had our family of our three children and a boyfriend and girlfriend for week stay. The location and home were superb. Not a single amenity we would add. The owners were very gracious in every detail. The views of the ocean and all of the indoor and outside seating wonderful. Great spacious kitchen. Everything was like it is brand new. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.

“Up on the Roof” Is a beautiful home. It is exactly as described and even better than our expectations. It is across the street from the ocean but it feels and sounds like you’re right on the water. The owners were easy to communicate with and check in and out were seamless. My family would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Views - Beautiful Beach

My family and in-laws had a great stay at Up On the Roof. The house was as advertised, clean, with close proximity to to the beach. The 3rd floor entertainment space has great views of the ocean as does the roof top seating area and decks. The property owner was very responsive and kind. A+

What a gem of beach home. Beautifully decorated and well taken care of. Kitchen is fully stocked. Lots of family games. Our family enjoyed ping pong tournaments in the evenings. Oh the view! You’ll never forget this house. Thanks to Wendy and Marc for being wonderful hosts!!!!

This house was perfect. Loved the location. View was A+. There was nothing we needed in the kitchen that was not already there. We appreciated all the beach chairs, sand toys and the outdoor shower! We were all so exhausted from the sun that we never used the ping pong table but had it rained, we likely would have used it including all the yard games provided.

Perfect family vacation!

This house was perfect for our vacation with 10 family members from 8 months to 55 years old. Open floor plan was perfect for our large group gatherings and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. House was very clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. The location is amazing, with incredible, unobstructed ocean views and is very convenient to the bridge, restaurants, and shopping. Having access to the Club House pool and private beach access directly across the street was great. The beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop deck was the cherry on top. The owners were very nice and attentive and responded to our communications very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Soaking in the Sun

We had a magical time while at Holden Beach. We were able to let go and have fun because it felt like we were at home with the house Up on the Roof being ready to take in a family. We did not need anything! We didn't have to leave to make trips to the store to get something to make something. We only needed to bring ourselves and clothes. We went shopping for food once when we got there. The shopping for the teens was perfect. The shells were awesome. We made many memories here. Thank you so much for sharing your house with our family. We look forward tk future stays!

Fantastic home in perfect location

Three generations of our family had a wonderful week at Up On The Roof! The house was super clean and fully outfitted in every way. The views from the main living floor of the ocean and shore were ideal. Then there was the rooftop deck which gave 360 degrees view of the whole area plus the night sky which we enjoyed numerous times. Our grandsons are 2 and 5 so the lush grassy backyard was a great place for them to run around and play when we weren't at the beach. Also provided is a full selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and games that we used daily. Wendy and Marc were excellent communicators and helpful in everyway possible which made the stay all the more enjoyable. The property exceeded our expectations which were pretty high going in. We can recommend Up On The Roof without reservation!

A Gem in Holden Beach

This is a wonderful beach property with direct OVs across the street from the beach and beach club where you have access to a pool. The owners provided prompt communication and answered questions thoroughly. There are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance and a coffee shop/beach rental place easily accessible. The house is immaculate and has every amenity you need - with a few luxury amenities as well. We appreciated the elevator especially on arrival & departure & for the larger grocery trip. We made use of the grill while enjoying some cornhole challenges. The outdoor shower was excellent & I'd say better than any indoor shower, however the indoor tiled showers were extra special as well. The main floor master shower is as large as a small walk in closet. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms & all beds were comfortable. We did notice on the king size beds that the sheets provided through the linen service really didn't fit. Maybe the kings are maybe a California King but we ended up not being able to use the fitted sheet. The main living area provided plenty of seating with the sectional sofa & 2 chairs. The kitchen had plenty utensils, plates, and glasses. The bottom level sitting area was nice too, especially if you are traveling with multiple families. Our favorite space was the covered front porch. We also enjoyed the rooftop for late night stargazing and nightcaps. When visiting Holden Beach again we will definitely return to this lovely home.
