We are really enjoying our stay! It’s a great little rental with a wonderful, cozy vintage cabin vibe, and it's a fantastic value for the price. The inside is very clean, and the hot tub is working perfectly. Just to help make the place even better, we noticed a few minor things that could use a quick touch-up: Beachfront: The grass down by the water could use a bit of a trim. Glass Door: There are some bugs stuck to the glass door that just need to be cleaned off. Door Maintenance: The door itself seems like it needs a minor fix/adjustment to work smoothly. Beach chair in the deck: could replace the broken ones

Great value. The place was fantastic, very clean, and easy walk right out to the beach. Hot tub was awesome and great view of ocean and stars from it. Beds were very comfortable and great shower and water pressure. The only thing it needs is a redo of the wood decking on the walkway over the dune to the beach.

Great view, loved the hot tub, we were unable to get in the door on a Sunday and after hours were very friendly and helpful to get us right in. Bathroom had an odor and previous guests laundry bags were left by the steps our entire stay are our only complaints. Will stay here again.

Cozy little cottage

Was perfect size for my family (myself, hubby, 17 and 9 year old boys). Great beach accessibility and our boys loved the jacuzzi.

Great location

Overall a really good stay. The good: beach is 2 min walk, showers all good plenty of hot water, great mattress in primary bedroom, washer and dryer. Not as good: no pot holders, TV lacked instructions, walkway and steps to shower had nails sticking up with worn boards.We would stay again.

House was exactly as advertised. Great location on Holden beach. The public access boardwalk next door was under renovations so the beach was not crowded.

Cozy and Comfortable!

Children’s first beach trip

We traveled as a family of 6. It was our youngest, 18 month old daughter, 4 year old son, mom, dad, pawpaw and great pawpaw traveling. The house was very accommodating and being ocean front was amazing. I believe the hot tub was a hit as well.

A few days away

I booked the Sandbox very last minute to get a few days away from the stresses of everyday life. It was the perfect place. Location right on the beach was great, the house was very clean and cozy, and the management company was very helpful in getting us back in the house after we locked ourselves out. Would definitely recommend.

Great little beach house

Great little beach house for my husband and I. The king bed was comfortable as was the den furniture. The porch looking at the ocean was great! There is a public walkway just to the right of the house that we used to take our stuff to the beach. I wish the house had rocking chairs but, I knew this upfront based on the pictures so I brought my own. It is a great little beach house with an old-school vibe and we would definitely rent this property again.
