Everything was new and clean. The whole family loved the house, the location, and even the furnishing and decor. I never have any problems, but George was very responsive with the few questions I had. If you have a smaller sized group, I would definitely recommend this property and host.

We have been traveling to Holden for seven summers. This was by far our favorite home and experience! Communication and attentiveness from the owner, cleanliness of the home, location, pool, overall stay. Ten out of ten with no complaints! If not for needing more bedrooms next year due to additional family members joining us, we would have already reserved this home for Summer 26’!

Simple and Sweet

It has all of the supplies you could ask for! Very well thought out and stocked. Very clean and organized! Great ocean breeze on the front porch. Private pool with plenty of seating. Close stroll to the beach, which was spacious and never over crowded!

Great Spring Break

The house was more than equipped with everything we needed. George was awesome to communicate with. Beautiful, new home!! The pool was great and access to the beach was perfect even with a toddler. Will definitely be back!

Great place to relax

The house was presented to a very high standard. The location and access to the beach was excellent. The house has dual aspect with verandas on both sides which is great at different times of the day. The pool area was clean and is an excellent alternative to the beach to soak in the sun. The owner was very responsive to our requests and this made the whole stay very enjoyable.

This was a perfect getaway for our small family! The hope is very open and has a beautiful modern look. We enjoyed the pool area and the short walk to the beach. We will definitely return. Thank you George for thinking of everything we needed for our stay.

Second year in a row

We stayed at this location in 2023 and we liked it so much we booked it again for 2024. We've been going to the beach for 30+ years and typically a house shows its age each year, but not this place. It still seems brand new. All the furniture is comfortable, the appliances work, plenty of cookware, great pool. Unfortunately we were there during Debby so didn't get out much, but the owner George was able to drain the pool a bit ahead of the storm and then he checked the chemicals after the storm had passed so we were able to swim. The neighboring pools did not do as well. We will hopefully be booking this place again next year.

Great Beach House

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and we really loved this house. The house is well appointed and any concerns or questions we might have had were answered quickly by George. Great location to the beach and the pool was awesome. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing “Big Blue Beach House” at Holden!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property! The kiddos always looked for their big blue beach house when coming home. The property is even nicer than the photos and we had everything that we needed. Well equipped kitchen, and we loved eating breakfast and lunch out on the front porch everyday! Beach chairs available to use was so helpful and the shower was great for washing off after the beach and pool. Pool was nice and warm and plenty big for the 6 of us. George was so helpful and quick to answer any questions and made sure the home was in perfect condition. We would absolutely stay here again on a return trip to Holden!

Relaxing Getaway!

These accommodations are superior. Everything from the towels and linens to the outdoor decks and pool. Kitchen fully stocked with all needed kitchenware. The perfect 3 bedroom getaway. Great location. Nice and peaceful. Minimal traffic. More bikes than cars. Easy access to the beach. And clean!

This beach house was top notch. Very nice furnishing everything we needed. The host was more than excellent. Very friendly would definitely come back. The heated pool was the best. Very comfortable stay. I recommend this property highly.

Super clean. Everything worked properly. Exactly as described. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pool was clean and pleasant. Very short walk to beach with a private entrance. Cooking utensils were in great shape and adequate. Tastefully decorated. Owner reached out multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would 100% return and stay again

Great home!

This property was top notch and was exactly as specificed in the listing. Property manager is prompt with replies. This is a great vacation home away from home! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home and location to the beach was superb to be 2nd row house. Pool area was a great bonus feature. The outdoor shower was appreciated! Beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs, and linens were all provided. We took our own chairs but 4 nice chairs were available to use. Would love to call this vrbo home!

Peaceful Location

The home was in great condition. We immediately felt at home when walking in the door. George made the check in process super convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The walk way to the beach was private and just a short walk from the house. We enjoyed sitting on the covered front and back porch! The pool was refreshing and provided a great alternative to the beach. Will definitely be booking a stay here again!

20th Year at Holden

The property is beautifully finished and well-maintained. This home has wonderful ocean views from the front of the house. The front porch is a great place to sit and ocean watch while enjoying the ocean breeze. The private beach access a few houses down is convenient. Having linens for each bed, bath towels, and some pool towels was very helpful. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you need. The generous amount of containers in the kitchen was most helpful. The pool area is a great place to relax, and the pool is big enough for 6 of us to enjoy. The owner is very responsive to any inquiries you might have. We will recommend this house to others and would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional beach house

Great home! The house was beautifully appointed with luxury furnishings. Well stocked kitchen, with everything you need (not yard sale pots and pans like so many other homes) . Perfect location, less than 100 feet to beach access. Great ocean view from the front porch. Awesome entertainment system, TV's in every room. The pool is actually larger than the picture shows. We had a wonderful stay and will book again as soon as possible.
