Perfect beach stay!

House was just as advertised and then some! We’ve stayed in Holden before, in a larger home with our entire family. Looked for a smaller house this year for just hubby and myself and was luckiest to find this jewel. House was immaculate with comfy rooms, well appointed kitchen, beautiful outdoor space. Owner responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommended to is home! We’re “Hooked”!

Absolutely perfect vacation! The home is immaculate and in a great location. It has views of the ocean, marsh, and canal all around you making for a relaxing setting. The beach access is so close making beach trips easy. The owners were so accommodating. They sent all of the check in info and reached out to make sure everything went ok. They were quick to respond with any questions and also provided a book with suggestions on restaurants and things to do. We are already trying to decide when to return!

work trip

We came to Holden beach to install some custom cabinets. Our stay was great except for the tropical storm. Some roads were impassable. The house was great and the home owner communicated very well during the whole process. I would rent from again.

Great little spot!

This is our second time staying at this location for our family beach vacation! We look forward to the next time. Homeowner was quickly responsive if we had a question. Short walk to the beach. Great places to sit outside and enjoy the quiet evenings and a perfect spot for my fisherman on the inner coastal water! Looking forward to next time!!

Fact: Hooked On A Feelin’

We were thrilled from the moment we booked, but when we arrived we were spectacularly amazed at the cleanliness, decor, location, and so much more. We felt welcomed right at the opening of the front door. The communication with the owners was fantastic and made the trip much more enjoyable. We come to the area every year and get a different place but this was my far the BEST place we’ve stayed. This was truly a vacation made to remember and the home and amenities added to our relaxation.

Highly recommend!

We wthoroughly enjoyed our stay in Holden Beach this week. Our daughter didn’t want to go home! The house was beautiful and we had no trouble at all getting our boat in the canal even with low tide. The owners are very responsive and have everything you need already at the house! Definitely a plus to be able to do laundry during a week long stay. Gorgeous views and we hope to be back again. Thank you for the hospitality!

PERFECT Location and FABULOUS amenities!!!!

Hooked on a Feelin' and coming back for sure!!! This freshly-remodeled beach home is more spacious than it seems on paper. Especially because the gorgeous landscaped backyard is huge with lots of grass area leading up to the large patio overlooking the canal. My wife and I stayed here with our four kids, and even had our newly-married daughter and her husband join us for two nights and not once did we feel cramped. We also hosted a dinner one night with other family, that also rented homes at Holden within the same exact week. Our guests' sentiments about this property were just as ours was- everyone loved it!!! The hosts are fantastic and stay in communication with you not just the entire time while you're enjoying your stay (if needed), but also even leading up to it for helping you prepare. You will NOT be disappointed in all facets of this beach home!

Nice house

First time visiting Holden Beach. Enjoyed the stay. Nice house with a good dock for your boat! Upon arrival noticed trash bin was not put out Saturday morning and was 3/4 full. This has nothing to do with your listing however, the town of Holden for some odd reason decided to redo the closest boardwalk public beach access without any notice whatsoever. Wednesday morning loaded down with all our beach items we walked down to the access we had been using and it was taped off. Not sure why since we had been using it and there were no visible issues noticed. Interesting timing in middle of peak season making it inconvenient for anyone in the area that was accessing that boardwalk. Would stay there again if we return to Holden Beach sometime.

Fabulous Summer Spot

We couldn’t have loved this adorable house more! Extremely clean and well decorated. Everything you could possibly need to enjoy family time. Games, outdoor shower, amazing porches both upstairs/downstairs, and a backyard we enjoyed playing cornhole in while watching the boats go by in the waterway. Diagonally across the street one block from Beach access was super convenient. The Bovees were incredible hosts and this will definitely be a repeat for our family of four to stay at again. Only one bathroom (but a large one), and with our teenage boys, they preferred using the outdoor shower so it wasn’t at all an issue. Highly recommend.

Anniversary Getaway

From the checkin process to the time we left our beach getaway was excellent. Steven was prompt with sending information on how to check in and he also made sure we were able to get in house at arrival. The house was very clean and kichen was perfectly stocked with appliances, pots n pans, utensils, etc. The beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the laundry shoot. Outside, there was multiple places to sit and relax. We loved sitting at the table by the dock. We will definitely be back! Thank you for being excellent hosts!!

We are hooked

Everything about our stay was better than great! Short walk to a public beach entrance. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen space was plenty big and was open to the living room. Seating outside was perfect. Outdoor shower was exactly what was needed after the beach. Only minor “1st world inconvenience,” only one bathroom. The Bovee’s were amazing hosts even provided multiple restaurant options. We are hooked on a feelin’!

Beautiful property

My fiancé and I had a wonderful weekend away at Holden Beach. We explored both ends of the island, rented bikes and even found some sea biscuits! The rental property was updated and extremely clean. We would absolutely stay here again.
