“Lovely historic hotel with modern amenities in the heart of a small town on the river front. Once checked in I could have all of my needs met by foot! A nice brewery, restaurants and the river front all within a mile. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed in a hotel. Hours are spotty, but I did get to enjoy both the basement Speakeasy as well as the dining room for breakfast. Wonderful stay overall.”

“My mom and I stayed here while we were in town for a book signing. It's an old home that has been upgraded, but still feels unique (the floors are beautiful). It's the perfect size for 2-3 people. The heat lamp in the bathroom is great. Nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown and the library! Fair warning that the washer and dryer are not free (coin-operated), so if you had a longer stay, be prepared for that! ”

It was a very quick trip but the layout of the house with the three bedrooms, generous kitchen and dining table were perfect for our needs. The 2-year old especially was enamored with the numerous toys provided and the older girls were able to do lots of crafts and games at the dining table.
