“I have travelled a lot over 6 plus decades. Others were too generous in rating Windspire at "5.5." I would give it a "1.5", with overall rating between poor and terrible! Well below a student hostel. I was booked for 2 nights and forfeited the 2nd. You couldn't have paid me to stay longer! Communication with manager was terrible - no way of reaching him by phone (even cell) since no voicemail set up. So I froze through the night since A/C could not be adjusted in each individual room.
